In september I got the 30 day trial for microsoft word, powerpoint, outlook, and excel. It's over now and I can't seem to delete it off of my mac air. I have done the two things that are normally suggested which are hold on to the app icon and then delete it when they all start wiggling, but that option doesn't work for those four because they don't show the delete sign in the corner. The other option was to drag it into my trash, but yet again, it doesnt work! Please someone help!

Google "remove MS Office 2011 for Mac". Which will come up with a MS site with detailed instructions to remove MS Office. Follow those instructions to the Letter.

To delete an entire podcast you have subscribed to - with all its episodes - select it and hit delete. You will be asked whether you want to move it to the trash or leave it in the Library - if you choose the latter option it wil disappear from iTunes but the files will still be taking up space in the Library.
If you have mistakenly chosen the keep option, go to (user)/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Podcasts and delete the files. Do not do this if you have not removed it from the iTunes application - delete it there to avoid messing up the indexing.

It's highly unlikely your Mac was hacked. The two most common causes of such emails:
1) Someone hacked into your actual email account, whichever ISP you're using for your email services. Such as Gmail, Hotmail, or the email system of the your Internet provider.
2) Much more common than the previous. A Windows user has your email address in their email client and a Windows email virus is sending out spoofed emails to everyone in their address book.

i dont know that many details about my mac.. Geez! I just am trying to delete addresses from my mail that are no longer good, to avoid the 'unable to send' messages and I can't find any place that says do that, nor can i delete with keyboard, nor with trying to drag them to the trash. Address Book in 10.6.8 (which your post says you are using) has a Delete Card item in the Edit menu. If you want to get rin of a complete card, use it. If you have more than one address on an individual's contact card as here:
click the Edit button at the bottom of the card to put it in edit mode:
then click the minus sign beside any that you want rid of.
Make sure that you clear them from the Previous Recipients window too.

Well I cant run it from the screen anymore but its still installed after deleting the icon. I can still go into Ipod apps and shows it installed and can click open and it runs. Just makes it harder to run, but still takes up the space and is installed.
