How do you download a Pro 9 upgrade in Windows 2010?

I have a Pro 7 disk and bought a Pro 9 upgrade. New PC has Windows 2010, which accepts Pro7 download but  is not supported by 2010; How can download Pro 9?

If you are referring to Office 2010 and Acrobat Pro, I don't see why this shouldn't work. Everything else requires a much better explanation as indeed it's neigh impossible to make any sense of it...

    The usual reason for not being able to download is that Premiere Pro (and other video apps such as After Effects) are 64 bit only so they require a 64 bit computer and a 64 bit operating system.
    If you're running a 32 bit computer and operating system then you will not see the Premiere Pro icon since the software will not run on your computer.

    Adobe no longer supports 10.5 Leopard. You will have to upgrade to 10.6 to use the latest flash.10.5 Leopard was based on Power PC code and was written to be able to run on both Power PC and Intel processors. 10.6 Snow Leopard has completely rewritten code and only runs on Intel Macs. So anything written to run on 10.5  has twice the code needed for one written for 10.6 or newer.

    Which version of the OS do you have ?
    iChat is "matched" to particular OS versions.
    Broadly an OS version has an iChat version.
    For example Leopard (OS X 10.5.x) has iChat 4.x.x
    Lion  (OS X 10.7) has iChat 6
    More specifically iChat gets it's updates in some of the OS Updates (not everyone)
    So by the time OS X 10.5 has got to 10.5.8  iChat has got to version 4.0.9
    iChat 4.x.x will only work in OS X 10.5.x  even then you  have to have the specific Updates to the OS and iChat together
    iChat 4.x.x cannot be used in Snow Leopard (Upgrade) or Tiger (Downgrade).
    Reinstalling involves the Install Disks and the correct COMBO Update od the OS version you are on to "Update" the reinstalled version to the OS level.
    Instructions for version 3.x.x through to iChat 5.x.x
    iChat 6 in Lion (OS X 10.7.x) requires you to use the Apple Recovery process.
    The same applies to Messages in OS X 10.8.x
