I have updated my Iphone with the latest version of the Itunes. I tried to log on using my Apple Account and it didn't recognised my password. Then I used my computer to rset the password. I answered all the security questions and I received a notification on my e-mail confirming that my password has changed.
I tried to log on then and it said that my user name doesn't exist or doesn't recognise it. I tried to answer the security questions again and my birthday doesn't match? How can I find out if someone has stolen my ID. I need to download my App's previously purchased and my credit card details is in there.

Unless you know exactly what state it was in before, and by that I mean that you have a record of all installed files and their cryptographic hashes, there's no way to be sure. You won't find a file called something like "Keylogger.app." It will be well hidden and disguised. You also have to consider the possibility of a hardware keylogger, which isn't software at all.
If this is your Mac, and you have reason to suspect it's been tampered with, the only thing to do is erase the boot drive, reinstall the OS from known-good media, and then restore all your applications from known-good originals and your data from known-good backups.
If it's not your Mac, you should have no expectation of privacy while using it, whether it has a keylogger or not.

It's about 5 years old and I think someone is remotely controlling it even though my remote management and screen sharing is always off in the Sharing panel in Systems Preferences. I don't SHARE anything willingly! My screen shakes up and down or sometimes it just falls a few inches and I keep losing my place. This only happens while I am on the internet. The arrow icon for the mouse also behaves erratically at times, as if it is being controlled by someone else. How do I get rid of remote desktop from a MAC 10.6.8 or trace the idiots doing this to me???

I think it may be more of an issue with the startup disk rather than spyware.
Launch Disk Utility located in HD > Applications > Utillities
Select the startup disk on the left then select the First Aid tab.
Click: Verify Disk (not Verify Disk Permissions)
If DU reports errors, start up from your Mac install disc to make repairs.

Using MYsql How do you find out who did not contribute to a particular fund raiser that we all just did. There are many titles to the different charities that is under the othpaytitle of the Otherpay table, I however just want to extract the non-contributors for a particular charity title. Is there anyway to do this? When I do the the syntax below it comes up as an "empty set". The search is done by way of the table Id matching and left joins. Please see below.

You can't recover a password, only change it. The reason for this is that Apple has changed their conditions for passwords. They now need to have one upper case letter, 1 number, and be at least 8 characters. Also you cannot use any password you have previously used in the last year.

If you are locked to iOS 3 then you have an iPod Touch 1st Gen.
If you are locked to iOS 4 then you have an iPod Touch 2nd Gen.
If you are locked to iOS 5 then you have an iPod Touch 3rd Gen.
If you are locked to iOS 6 then you have an iPod Touch 4th Gen.
If you can get iOS 7 and have an iPhone 5 sized screen [bigger] you have the current iPod Touch 5th Gen.
I assume since it says you have iOS 5.1.1 you have an iPod Touch 3rd Gen.
Also, you may want to sync it so iTunes can tell you or you can look at the model number on the back.

But I don't have iPhoto in my applications folder, so I guess I don't have it installed on my computer.
I thought it did, as when I was going through my iCloud, everything apart from Photo Stream was selected, and underneath it, it said you had to have Aperture or iPhoto installed on your compputer (I back up everything from my phone to my computer, and iCloud)
