How do you fix a connection problem to the store?

I cannot connect to the iTunes store, use homesharing, or get new updates. I get a time out error. I have tried uninstalling, I've emailed, read articles, called, read more articles and I still can't get it to work. I'm going to school soon and I really need this fixed.

i can sympathize here - i used to get the exact same thing and and something that rubs salt in the wounds is when people who have never had network problems throw the "contact your network provider" at you ... yea, i don't speak fluent indian so i'm going to have trouble there.
then they say "change to a different ISP" ... well they're all the same - if one ***** up on sunday mornings the others will just **** up on tuesday evenings instead lol. anyway no time to moan about the rest - i have to go out in 3 hours
in my case i found the problem was nothing to do with my mac and that getting a different router and/or WiFi hub station sorted the problem out - i got rid of my old router and WiFi box and replaced them with an "all in one" thing and the problem seems to be about 95% better

thank you for responding. My specific wifi issue is that my connection will disconnect then reconnect in a matter of minutes of each other. After an hour of this back and forth dance of connections it finally stays disconnected. I can go two weeks without this issue then it will start up again for a day or 2. I have done all the basic troubleshooting.. Including checking and restarting my modem and router. Our iPad mini does not have these issues. None of our laptops/iPhones or xbox have connectivity issues. I have found many other iPad Air 2 users complaining of the same iconnection problems on various blogs. One blog had even discussed the ios update and how they were surprised it did not include a bug fix for this connectivity problem.

All of a sudden I'm having major connection problems with DW. I have checked my FTP settings against Yahoo's specs since that's who I host with and I've also talked to my ISP. Neither Yahoo nor my ISP can figure out what the problem is. To my knowledge I haven't changed any browser or firewall settings, but I'm having problems uploading pages to my site. I CAN connect to my site and it uploads a few pages, but then loses the connection and has to reconnect. It's also running REALLY slow, like dialup slow. I don't get any other error messages beside the fact that the connection has been lost. I did notice something in the FTP log that says No anonymous logins accepted. Is that a Yahoo thing, ISP problem or DW problem? If anybody knows how to fix this please let me know a.s.a.p. Thanks in advance for your help!

First, test out the FTP connection using a dedicated FTP client (FileZIlla/Transmit PC/Mac respectively). If you can connect and upload/download succesfully using a stand-alone FTP clieny, that means it's a Dreamweaver problem. Possible solutions: check your site settings, recreate your site by defining a new site - Dreamweaver sometimes messes up the site definitions and recreating the site definition can sometimes fix it. Or just give up on using Dreamweaver's FTP services. To be honest, Dreamweaver's FTP services have always been a bit iffy in my experience. I typically do my uploading using a seperate FTP client.

Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try again.
You can also try rebooting your router by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.

Be sure you are both connected to the same WiFi network.
You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

How do you fix a dissolve problem cause by a matte?

I use a 4 point matte to eliminate unwanted background but when i do a dissolve with a title, the matte shows up as a reduced luminosity in the title.
I have tried playing around with opacity without a resolution to the issue.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I tried nesting and it had no impact. I changed the blend mode on opacity to "pin light" and that fixed the issue for the titles where the title was on video 2 and the main video was on video 1
But the problem still remains where I am dissolving to adjacent clips on video 1 as seen below. The area where the matte exists does not seem to be subject to the dissolve.

2. During installation "charlemagnestd-Bold.otf" font in C:\Windows\Fonts\ is not preserved due to some permission issues on this folder. You can do any of the following:
A. Move "charlemagnestd-Bold.otf" font in C:\Windows\Fonts\ to another location like Desktop and try again
B. Give permission to Everyone on this (C:\Windows\Fonts\) folder and try again

Even more details:
If I send a message to the Jane Doe address from another account on this machine (all my family uses the same email services provider and each have accounts set up on this machine), when you open it, it shows Jane Doe then the <applejax.xx> address AND the picture associated with the Apple Jax account.
So the problem shows up when the message is sent to this account from this machine, AND when it is sent from this machine from this account. No other accounts on the machine are effected.
I have sent and received email messages from the mail service provider's website, and everything is fine.

I removed the song from the itunes library and then added it again, but the same issue still exists.
I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store, then.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".

Unfortunately changing the epub text size does not change the view at all. The images do not seem to change when the text size setting is changed.
The resolution of my machine is already at the max setting, so increasing the resolution is kind of impossible.

What was the full wording of the error message? Usually there is also a number or additional information.
Try placing the iPod in Recovery Mode and then restore

If the artwork is okay on your computer, then I would clear all the music from your iPod by choosing not to sync any music in iTunes to clear all music from the iPod. Once the music is removed from your iPod, sync it back.
