specifically I bought this movie a while ago but the only thing im getting is a black screen when i attmept to load it. help me please! its full screen but nothing is playing; it was purchased.

Do you have an Apple TV or Airport Express? Some people have had similar issues due to Airplay.

What happens when you try to play the actual film ? And have you tried deleting them and (assuming that they're still in the store) redownloading them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page - or going into Edit > Preferences and on the Store tab ticking the 'show iTunes in the Cloud purchases' tick box so that they show in the My Movies part of your library with a cloud icon against it for redownloading) ?
(You can't store films in the cloud, whether they will show there for redownloading depends upon what country that you are in - and if you move countries or if the rights-holder removes them then you also won't be able to redownload them. Ideally you'd be taking a backup copy of all of your downloads, and not relying on being able to redownload them in the future.)

Yamipod. This is a free program that transfers music from iPod back to the computer. However, it does not transfer playcounts/ratings etc.
Other free programs are Pod Player, SharePod and Floola.
If it's a Mac, try Senuti or Music Rescue.

I have this same problem. On the photo tab I used to have it checked for everything to sync. But it gets stuck on syncing the photos and doesnt complete. The events on my Mac stopped syncing to other devices as soon as I got a new ipad air. The events that were on iphoto at that time are the last to show on all other devices. When I am in photo tab i cant even select the events that havent synced because they are showing as a choice. But they are an event in iphoto on the Mac. Frustrated.

I've installed ilife 09 and it now says I'm using version 7.0.4 of IDVD. I've used version 6 for years, so much is new. However, I already created a fairly complex DVD in this version with my own background menu, buttoms, chapters, etc. That was in regular 4x3 format. It seemed pretty self-explanatory. I'm now trying to make a DVD that is 16x9 from a final cut pro file. I don't want any menu, just want the movie to play when it is inserted. I drag my movie to the "drag content here to play automatically" spot and I still get a menu. This should be pretty simple...right? What am I doing wrong?

I prepared the procedure back in iDVD 6 days and I just noticed that how you do some of those things have changed in the latest version. With iDVD 7.x you now need to bring up the Menu Info window (the 'i' button at the bottom left). You need to also deselect the 'Show drop zones and associated graphics' box in that window.
Note that you don't have to put any text in the DVD name or movie name fields.
I'll try to update my procedure in the next couple of days.

Is there anything out there now or any other way of getting the movies, TV shows etc on a DVD that you have purchased on iTunes?
Example: in iPhoto you can take pictures of when you were on a vacation then make a book/album of them and then order it through Apple. Can this be done with movies and TV shows?
If not what is the website for suggestions for things like these?

TV Shows on iTunes are added by the content providers and/or publishers usually after the airing date. So, if an episode has just shown, you may be able to view it on TV Shows immediatly after it has aired or you will have to wait until it comes out. TV Shows on iTunes do not give live streaming of televised programmes; simply episodes pertaining to a particular TV series.

I'm having this problem, that I bought some songs from my iPhone in iTunes Store, but I don't want to have them in my iPhone anymore. I tried to erase the songs from my Music Library, but when I syncronize the iPhone automatically, these songs are copied again to my Music Library, so there's no way to get rid of them. Although, I would like to keep these songs in my iTunes Media folder. I tried to do it manually, but I couldn't still.

How can I make movies in Snow Leopard play they way they did in Leopard? (I have Flip4Mac and Perian.) And I know I can drag movies into the dock and into Quicktime to get them to play. Your apps should be on your computer in itunes. Just sync them to the iphone.

Presuming they're on your computer, right click on them and then follow the prompts to locate hte file on your computer.
