How do you get access to everything in your iCloud from your macbook?

My phone was stolen and I am trying to get my contacts, note, photos, and all those things that should be in my iCloud through my macbook, but I do not know how to do so.

Assuming all your data on the phone was synced to icloud (i.e. the iphone was registered with iCloud), then your mac should have that data on it, since (assuming the mac is also registered with icloud) it has been syncing that data to/from it all along. Just use iCal, Address Book, etc. on the mac and the data should be there. Photos will only be there if you turned on photo stream and have been moving pics from the photo stream album in iPhoto or Aperture to another permanent album. (Photo stream keeps pics for 30 days before they are removed from photo stream.) I believe notes should be in your mail application, since that's where notes on the phone end up on the mac.
You can also reach the data on iCloud via any browser on a computer, just log into icloud.com and look at the various sections for your data. If it's not there, then nothing has been syncing through icloud.

Click the File menu at the upper left, and choose "Print..." When the dialog appears, choose "CD jewel case" and set the theme to "single cover."
Forgot to mention: You probably know this, but before doing the print, you need to have put the tracks of the album into their own playlist. This is needed both for the burn and for the print.

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Were you trying to access it via either Setup Assistant or Migration Assistant? If those don't work, you still may be able to use the "Star Wars" display to see and restore some data. It all depends on just what and where the damage is.

the problem now is the folder is locked with a big red no go sign, and command-i cannot change it (not even when i do it on the computer on which the file was created).
Correct; Time Machine protects it's backups with very restrictive ACLs, basically "nobody can do anything," so us mere mortals won't damage them.
If you use the same user account on the same Mac that did the backup, via the Finder, you should have read rights, and you may be able to copy from the backups.

Yes. Each of those date-stamped backup folders should contain a set of "hard links" to the backup copies of everything that was on your system at the time of that backup, no matter when each item was actually backed-up. If you can copy the most recent one successfully, that will get everything.
The iPhoto Library looks like a file; but it's actually a special kind of folder called a "package." If you can't copy it, right-click it and select Show Package Contents to see inside it, but don't copy individual items except as a last resort -- at best, you'll recover raw photos, with no organization or data, and probably no editing, either.

Well as I pointed out in my post, "Sadly, my Text Edit documents are still all there, every single time I opened them and made a small change, there is another copy stretching all the way back to the day I installed Mountain Lion." so if you can explain to me how July 26 - Aug 16 is a week, I will concede that it is a good idea. Short of that, no I have been capable of making my own backups since I was 16 years old (16 years ago) I don't need my computer to endlessly do it for me in a way I am completely unable to shut off. That's what I have external hard drives, flash drives, a DVD burner, Drop Box, E-mail (as in emailing copies to myself) and icloud for. If I am doing something and I don't have access to a single one of those options, I don't know why I brought my computer with me in the first place. And I don't see how you can say it's an illusory gain in disk space, hundreds of copies of text documents, garageband files, Final Cut files, Motion Files and basically any program that makes files onto my comptuer that I can myself make incremental changes to, those all need to be stored somehow. Again, if you can explain to me how July 26 - Aug 16 is a week, I will agree with you that that is a good thing because IF it only saved for a week, it wouldn't be an issue. Sadly, no matter how many links you post, I still have text edit backups stretching from today back to July 26. They're not going away and I have no reason to beleive any other file I edit is going to go away either since they haven't been. They're all there eating up HD space and this imaginary "week" limit is simply not coming into effect. I hate it and there needs to be a simple way to simply shut it off. I didn't spend hundreds of dollars on external drives just for my main hard drive to be filled up with hundreds un useless, undeletable backups of stuff I already have backed up.

Seriously? It's not enough that my entire computer failed and the hard drive was erased, but I can't get a simple way to re-download the software that I paid for?? What the heck? How do I get adobe to allow me to download my software??? My page of orders lists it, but will not allow a download. And no simple button to say - my freakin computer was erased and I need a new copy.
There really should be a simpler way to do this....

Sorry, gary. I don't know what you're talking about when you say "I read the secure page in 2010". Feel free to elaborate if you wish but do not expect a response. It's not my interest to explain to you how to do something but I do feel obligated to tell others that what you're telling them is not completely safe. Please understand that I have in fact informed you of the vulnerabilities of your insecure script for as long as we have corresponded, even after the "security" amendment to your page, which is nothing more than a copy of someone else's work of which you unfortunately did not completely understand. Yep, that's basically what I told you over a year ago. I know that some have been using your email script to inject mail through the headers for sometime now. No one is sending you emails through your contact form anyway since the spry validation is broken, so injection of your server script is the only way to send emails from your contact page for users who have javascript enabled anyway. Perhaps you will now realize that your suggestions may be hurting others rather than helping them, opposite of what my posts regularly achieve. I look forward to your cognitive posts from now on with eagerness and openness to actually learn the methods that others are continuously trying to educate you on so that you will not continue to misinform others as you have been doing for as long as I can remember, which is longer than a year mind you. If you want to cross your arms across your chest and shrug and grunt that nothing is wrong with your script because you tested it that's fine, but when you start telling others to use it and that it's fine that's when the_shocker says whoa dude... it's not fine. How do you transfer Creative Cloud (Light Room & Photo Shop) from your old Desk top to a new desk top

I have just got a new desk top and I am trying to work out how to get The creative Cloud programs I use (light Room and Photo Shop) off my old Desk top and onto the new desktop. Does any one know how to do this or have already done it, or do you have to cancel the subscription on the old PC and start a new subscription for the new PC.

You do not need to cancel the subscription. You can simply follow the article: Creative Cloud Help | Download, install, update, or uninstall apps which will help you to install the Adobe CC application on your new PC.
If possible you can also deactivate the license from your previous computer using the article: Activation & Deactivation Help.
