How do you get AT&T to send a tv guide of channels?

Hi!   Has anyone figured out how to get AT&T to respond?   When my uverse was set up, the guys that came out "forgot" to bring our instruction book and a guide to the channels.   They said they were sorry and would have the package sent out to us later.   Well, it never came.   So, I called.    The AT& T person on the phone said they'd send a package out.   Never did.   I called again several weeks later.   Again, they promised to send it out.   They didn't .     A month passed, I called again.   Same thing .... a promise that never materialized.    Four times I was promised a guide to the tv and the channels.... nothing!!    I am so frustrated.    How do I get it???   Don't they realize that this is bad business.   As soon as the year contract ends, I am leaving.   Meanwhile, when the subject comes up with friends in conversation or in my neighborhood listserve, I tell people what happened.     At least two families that were leaning towards changing to AT&T changed their minds after hearing my experiences.     I am so frustrated!   I have to literally go through hundreds of channels everytime I look for a program or want to tape something.   It's ridiculous!

    Sorry, gary. I don't know what you're talking about when you say "I read the secure page in 2010". Feel free to elaborate if you wish but do not expect a response. It's not my interest to explain to you how to do something but I do feel obligated to tell others that what you're telling them is not completely safe. Please understand that I have in fact informed you of the vulnerabilities of your insecure script for as long as we have corresponded, even after the "security" amendment to your page, which is nothing more than a copy of someone else's work of which you unfortunately did not completely understand. No surprise there though given your frequent ignorance of the subject in the messages we have exchanged. I do remember saying something about a year ago to you mentioning your discreet, sweep under the rug mentality of the importance of having a secure script. Unfortunately you have maintained your ignorance and minimal effort on completely understanding (and effectively educating others on) the subject this entire time.

    Yep, that's basically what I told you over a year ago. I know that some have been using your email script to inject mail through the headers for sometime now. No one is sending you emails through your contact form anyway since the spry validation is broken, so injection of your server script is the only way to send emails from your contact page for users who have javascript enabled anyway. Perhaps you will now realize that your suggestions may be hurting others rather than helping them, opposite of what my posts regularly achieve. I look forward to your cognitive posts from now on with eagerness and openness to actually learn the methods that others are continuously trying to educate you on so that you will not continue to misinform others as you have been doing for as long as I can remember, which is longer than a year mind you. If you want to cross your arms across your chest and shrug and grunt that nothing is wrong with your script because you tested it that's fine, but when you start telling others to use it and that it's fine that's when the_shocker says whoa dude... it's not fine. Sorry to blow your ego. Swallow your pride and learn about script vulnerabilities instead of attempting to defend your position by on the forum by saying "you never said anything when you looked at my page a year ago" because dude... that's ignorant and, for the record, I did say something to you time and time again.

    I just got an iphone 5 and am trying to move purchased music from my husband's itunes to my phone.  I've enabled home sharing, the music is on my iphone but will only play when his computer is on and sharing is enabled.  How do I permantley add it to my phone?  Is that allowed??

    The short answer: because Home Sharing isn't designed for sharing apps, and apps aren't designed to be shared.
    The longer answer:  Think of it like this...
    You download some music in iTunes.  With Home Sharing, another user can listen to it by streaming it over the network.  But the data itself is on your computer.  If you turn off the computer or take it off the network, the other user can't access it.
    But if you send another user the app, they aren't just streaming the data- they installed it on their iOS device.  Because they weren't the one that purchased it, such a transfer could easily be considered "piracy" or "stealing," and nobody likes that (least of all, Apple). 
    When iTunes sees this app, it obviously recognized it, as if saying, "Hey, how did you get this app on your device, if I have no record of you purchasing/downloading it from the iTunes store?"

    I thought I asked this question in the past...
    If you add a controller to an external network in a soho environment, how do you get the controller to pass DHCP requests through it.  In order to get it to work, I have to set up a DHCP scope in the controller, which is not what I want to do.  I want to use the existing DHCP service.  The controller doesn't seem to want to send the requests through.

    I'm dealing with this exact issue now. You can't simply put ISE in as a secondary DHCP server for the WLAN because it doesn't unicast to BOTH primary and secondary server addresses.
    So you're left disabling dhcp proxy and using helper addresses on VLAN SVI's, which is fine if you want *ALL* of your WLANs to use an external DHCP server. In this case we'd like the Guest users to get DHCP addresses from the WLC (they get tunneled to a mobility anchor in a DMZ where there is no DHCP server) and the regular users to use the SVI helper addresses so that the DHCP packets can also be sent to ISE for proper profiling.
    I guess we're kind of stuck with it and may have to get the customer to stand up a DHCP server in their DMZ, I see no other way around it at this point.

    The password will not be sent to you, because Apple does not know it. They will send a link where you can reset the password.     I also have this problem, with an email I mistakenly attempted to send through my RoadRunner account (which doesn't allow sending if you're not using them as your ISP).
    I've deleted the email from my out box, but I keep getting the notices, even after a reset.
    Tapping on the error message brings up the Outbox, with no messages. :-(   Tapping on the header brings up the message "Login credentials rejected. Update your password." Tapping on that message brings up the "Edit Road Runner" scene.

    Hi there - I think I am having problems associated withg Cause 9 in that in google mail I have another pop email address associated so that I can send using this email address, but then I have both addresses setup seperately in BIS. When I receive a mail from GMAIL I receive a duplicate with "received by: unknown" in the header. I had gmail setup so that it would send using by pop email address as default.
    In your answer the settings for the two filters you recommend creating are broken links and I canot actually see them. What are they?
    Also What do you recommend setup wise with gmail and a pop account. Some people say it is better to get gmail to receive the pop mail account and run the whole account from there. Blackberry doesn't seem to like this setup very much. Should I completely dissociate the pop account and to try and clarify the distinction between the two? Or should I setup a second gmail account and have that poll my pop account and then have the blackberry feed off these two gmail accounts? The reason I am considering this option is gmail provides a lot of storage and online continuity and this would effectively persist my account.
    Your help would be much appreciated.. I have had blackberry woes now for over a month and I have spent hours with various support personel, tried deleteing and sending down new service books etc etc but had no luck yet.

    I recently added a contact form, using google's re-captcha, to my Muse website.
    I pasted the site key and secret keys into the form.
    Also pasted the script code in the Head tag, <script src='https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js'></script>.
    And pasted the form code just above the send button, at the end of the form code.

    The form does not send any messages to my email address, and I have 2 re-captcha input boxes, the code above, puts the re-captcha box behind the name and email input text fields.
    My question is, can someone explain to me the procedure to get my contact form to work with Google's re-captcha, in Muse CC 2014?

    Thanks Diggie, your response was very close.  I clicked on the email several times.  It came up and gave me the option to Send.  I clicked Send and my recipients received the email.
    I did not have to delete and reinstall my email account.
