What is the proper way to get hal working ?
Do I need to start gnome-volume-manger ?
How do you get hal started seems that adding it to rc.conf [DAEMONS] does not work
Its odd never had many problems mounting until recently
Or is it just again lol

No. I remember when I installed GNOME I added
portmap fam dbus hal
to the DAEMONS line in rc.conf, without @
Then I installed gnome-volume-manager and set it up. That picked up my ipod just fine, without any udev rule written by me.

If you Find My iPad enabled on it then you might be able to remotely wipe it via http://icloud.com

Have you been backing up to icloud so that you can then restore to that backup ? If not, and if you don't have a copy of your downloads on a computrer, then you might be able to redownload some/all of your past purchases via the Purchased tabs in the store apps.

I thought I asked this question in the past...
If you add a controller to an external network in a soho environment, how do you get the controller to pass DHCP requests through it. In order to get it to work, I have to set up a DHCP scope in the controller, which is not what I want to do. I want to use the existing DHCP service. The controller doesn't seem to want to send the requests through.

I'm dealing with this exact issue now. You can't simply put ISE in as a secondary DHCP server for the WLAN because it doesn't unicast to BOTH primary and secondary server addresses.
So you're left disabling dhcp proxy and using helper addresses on VLAN SVI's, which is fine if you want *ALL* of your WLANs to use an external DHCP server. In this case we'd like the Guest users to get DHCP addresses from the WLC (they get tunneled to a mobility anchor in a DMZ where there is no DHCP server) and the regular users to use the SVI helper addresses so that the DHCP packets can also be sent to ISE for proper profiling.
I guess we're kind of stuck with it and may have to get the customer to stand up a DHCP server in their DMZ, I see no other way around it at this point.

This is essentially paulbruster's answer, but I've added the steps some might assume, but which aren't so obvious to those of us who are new at this, like me.
This solution might ''appear'' to be long and complicated, but after you follow the directions once, you'll find it's quick, clean, and simple. Almost like they designed it this way.
# If you haven't already, open a bunch of tabs on a few different subjects.
# Click the List All Tabs button on the right side of the tab strip.
# Select Tab Groups.
# Create a few groups as described [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/what-are-tab-groups#w_how-do-i-create-a-tab-group here] , i.e. just drag them out of the main thumbnail group into the new groups they create.

We have loaded successfully CS4 creative suite onto a new HP computer running windows 8.1. Upon trying to use it a message appeared saying "has stopped working". Previously it was working on xp. Is it compatible with 8.0 and how do we get it working.

I do not have any problem with using shift registers in timed loops. What version of LabVIEW are you using? Can you please elaborate on why neither shift registers or local variables meet your needs? I have attached a VI that saves a previous iteration and then computes and displays the difference. Let me know if you have problems running it.

How do you get google re-captcha to work in Muse.

I recently added a contact form, using google's re-captcha, to my Muse website.
I pasted the site key and secret keys into the form.
Also pasted the script code in the Head tag, <script src='https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js'></script>.
And pasted the form code just above the send button, at the end of the form code.

The form does not send any messages to my email address, and I have 2 re-captcha input boxes, the code above, puts the re-captcha box behind the name and email input text fields.
My question is, can someone explain to me the procedure to get my contact form to work with Google's re-captcha, in Muse CC 2014?
