How do you get Personal Groups into iphone 5s?

I have a few personal groups on my outlook account that i use quite often. Is there a way i can import the personal groups i have from my outlook account to my iphone 5s? That way when i sent an e-mail, I can just send it to groups instead of typing them individually?
If not, is there a work around or suggestions??

When you ask a question, please include the version of Mac OS X on your computer. iOS is not a Mac operating system.
Assuming you are running OS 10.9.1:
Open Contacts. Click File in the menu bar and select New Group. Enter the name of the group in Contacts on the left.
Go back to All Contacts (on the left) then drag and drop the names you want in that group on to the folder you just named.
Repeat as necessary for other groups.
Note that the names remain, as they should, in All Contacts, even after you have added them to a group.. You can delete a group if you want. The names will still remain in All Contacts.

First check that all your settings are correct, that contact syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking contact syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling contact syncing.

You have to use outlook in order to integrate contacs with PC, since that is the only program that syncs with cloud. Or you can use a "poor man's" version, by accessing those contacts over www.icloud.com website and managing there.

How do you get copied files into a folder of our choice?

OK so this may sound like a very basic question, but it has been driving me nuts ever since I bought an Apple Mac some 3 years ago and I find it hard to believe there isnt a solution.
Objective: to copy or import files into a folder previously created by me within Apples 'Pictures' folder. E.g. "Holiday 2012".
Problem: on every program I have used, inc iPhoto, iMovie, and just now, Preview, when I get ready to copy or import say my photo files from my iphone, or an SD card or a network drive, it never gives me the option to navigate to my folder! How mad is this?! Instead I get teh choice of just Apples plain old Documents or Pictures folders but NEVER get given any opportunity via the dialog box to navigate to my "Holiday 2012" folder. There just is not any obvious way to do it. So instead I get my hundreds of pictures listed directly under Pictures folder, to therefore added to all the other hundreds of pictures listed there. A terrible way to kep pictures.
What I need: someone to tell me how to do this or if its not possible then to tell me that. It is a basic operation that I have been able to do on Windows PC's since they were built. Wht not on Mac? Maybe the solution is right in front of me... if it is then its not intuitive, thats all I can say!

I have just tried the process again in Preview and in desperation this time clicked on 'Other' in the dialogue box when trying to Import. Low and behold I found the way to navigate to my own folders instead of being forced to use Apples standard Folders called Documents and Pictures.
So problem solved.
Its daft that you cant click on the first folder names listed like you can in Windows so you can then reveal the subfolders. I guess its just another Apple-ism. Too bad it took me three years to find it but then I suppose I gave up early.

How do you get voice memos from iphone onto itunes with MANUAL sync?

Ok, the iphone voice record function... I can't get the voice memos onto itunes or my computer. I don't use the autosync function, I like to manage my music and such manually.
I cannot find a way to manually access the voice memos on my iphone through itunes. Many of them are too large to email so I'm stuck.
The only option seems to be auto-sync, and if I do turn on the sync function at this point, itunes will completely erase my iphone and the voice memos I've recorded on it. Kind of defeats the purpose.
Any tips?
I've looked at a lot of posts and haven't found anything to help here. Just a bunch of posts complaining about how bad the voice recorder feature is integrated into the new iphone 3.0 software.

Sorry for bumping an old topic, but I'm not quite sure if there is a solution to this.
I have the same desire as OP, but yet I do not see my voice memos automatically syncing when I have manual sync selected. I also do not see a playlist folder or anything that indicates voice memos have transferred. Am I missing something? Is there no way to get voice memos onto the computer without having to autosync it?
If someone can provide more details on how to do this, that'd be great. But it seems at this point that I cannot get voice memos onto my computer through iTunes with manual sync on.

I have started organizing my photos in iPhoto on my computer into albums and folders. However, I don't see a way to get them onto my phone, which is really where I want to use them. It seems photos can go from the phone to the computer, but there doesn't seem to be a way for information to go the opposite direction and have it organize my phone photos. Is there a way?

Start iTunes on your computer. Then make sure you have the latest version of iTunes. That is presently iTunes 11. You must have OSX 10.6.8 or later on your Mac to run iTunes 11.
Start iTunes on your computer and use the View menu to Vire Sidebard.
Then connect your phone to your computer. Your phone should show up in the sidebar. Select your phone.
To the right in the big window a row of tabs will be presented. Click on Photod.
Then select iPhoto as the source. You can then select to sync all photos or you can select only those albums that you want on your phone. After making your selection click on Apply or Sync.
To add albums do the same thing over again. If you want to delete previously sync albums deselect them in that Photod tab. If you want to keep previously selected albums be sure they remain selected before clicking on Apply or Sync.
Later on if you want to delete any of the albums you synced to your phone go through the same process but deselect tha albums you want to delete. Then click on Apply or Sync.

You can use Google to find ways to revert back to 3.1.3. Officially, there is no way to roll back.
You could also provide more details so that others could attempt to help you.
We have no idea if by "cant play music" you mean the phone isn't seen by the stereo, there is no music on the device or if an error is generated.
