How do you get the send arrow back in MAIL
THE SEND ARROW DISAPPEARED. NOW HAVE TO USE PULL DOWN MENU. HOW TO GET IT BACK. ALSO THE BACK ARROW ON SAFARI DISAPPEARED.

start Mail
View > Customize toolbar
then put the send button back where you want it.
the back arrow on safari is interesting, i have no perfect suggestion, except to start safari, then under the Safari menu, pull down to Reset Safari and also maybe Empty Cache...
note that the former will empty the cache, clear cookies, erase history and reset autofill information. This can often provide a quick fix for improving performance. The disadvantage is that you will need to re-enter log-in information on sites that had previously stored data in cookies.
you could also try
- quit safari
- drag HOME > Library > Preferences > com.apple.Safari.plist to your Desktop.
- start Safari again (reset any custom preferences).

I think I figured out how to access the genius Recommended Songs sidebar. This should help those of you who, like me, use genius to find new music from the iTunes Store, instead of just to create genius playlists. It appears that you CAN access my beloved Recommended Song list from iTunes 11...only NOT from your library's Songs page, but through the Albums or Artists pages.
1. Click on a song you want to see Genius Recommendations for so the song row is highlighted.
2. Go to either the Albums or Artists page by clicking the appropriate button at the top of the library screen.
3. Click "In The Store" at the top right of the new popup screen:

You can also reset the home screen layout and the icon will reappear - but the home screen will return to the way that it looked when you first activated your iPad.

you need to make sure you have selected to subscribe to see those folders.
Then make sure your settings use those folders.

I note that you are using a gmail mail account. Please note that the gmail 'All Mail' folder is gmails archive copy of all of your emails, so if you subscribe to see this folder it will double the amount of space used. It is suggested that you do not subscribe to see this folder.

How do you get the font size back to normal on a website?
The size of my fonts on my hotmail acct are tiny. Don't know how it happened, & I can't get it back. Using the "Tools" menu, to attempt to change fonts, changes it for all sites. How do I change the font size back for just one website? Can anyone help?

Try these two ways to fix the iPhone (in order). If neither works, you would have to take it to the store.
1. Reset the iPhone. Hold the on/off and home buttons togehter for about 10 seconds. If it works, you'll get the Apple logo and then something good should happen.
2. Try recovery mode as described here:

How do you get Cloud storage to back up the SD Card?
My daughter S3 died and had to be replaced. Lost all the data and apps that were stored on the phone's internal memory. With the replacement phone, I set up the cloud storage for back up offered by Google but it only accessed the data on the phone's main memory and not the separate SD Card that is installed. How do you get the Cloud app to also back up the SD card data?
NDBeartrap, Let's help get your daughter's info back! If the info was backed up the cloud, you would be able to download it back to the device. Can you verify that there is info on the sd card? this can be done by inserting the sd card into a reader w/adapter or phone that is compatible. Please let us know what happens.

You have been syncing the iPhone with iTunes on your computer without a SIM card inserted in the iPhone for how long?
If the iPhone says connect to computer, this means there is a problem with your iPhone that requires restoring the iPhone with iTunes. As already provided, not having a SIM card inserted in an iPhone does not prevent or shouldn't prevent syncing the iPhone with iTunes. Depending on the iPhone model, it is required in order to restore the iPhone with iTunes.

To re-activate an iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS that displays the "Connect to iTunes" screen:
Insert a SIM card from the carrier with which you used your phone. Note: If you are using the same carrier, you can use the activated SIM card from your new device to do this. If your device is unlocked by your carrier, you can use any SIM card.

When you eneter information into iTunes Producer for uploading, the info must match what is in the internal metadata. In this case, the book is called Mississippi, but in iTunes Producer it is spelled Misssissippi. There is an extra "s". This will cause an error.

There used to be a preview window in mail where you could read the message in the mail box but now its gone. It just shows me who its from and the date. I now have to click on the message twice to get it to display. How do I get the preview box back?
There is a bug in Mail triggered by receiving a password-protected PDF as an attachment. According to reports, the bug is fixed in OS X 10.8.5.
