How do you get to the box/area that shows open apps

There was a little strip that popped up on my screen that showed the applications that I had open. I don't know what I pushed to get there and it left before I could figure out what it was. I don't know how else to describe it other than a long narrow strip/window which held the Icons similar to one on my dock but it was in the middle of my screen. Can anyone tell me how to get to that and what it is. [email protected] is my email

I used to have this problem.
First, you need to go back on iTunes
you need to go to each of the songs that are having this problem
Click the album so all the songs drop down
Right click the songs that have this problem
Click ' Get info '
Click the tab that says " info '
The box that says ' album artist ' should probably be empty (correct me if I'm wrong)
Click it and type the artist of the entire album, NOT the songs guest artist
as such,

ALBUM ARTIST
JAY-Z
These should be separate for each artist
If you write the same album artists for each song by that artist, all the songs should be on 1 album

Hi my name is steve I was wondering how do you get into the BIOS on a satellite 320 CDS. As this is my first format on a lap top. Done plenty on desktop computers just never laptops. As some fool tried to do it before me and distroyed it. Now the only thing that happens is after the toshiba logo disappears this message comes up, INVALID SYSTEM DISK, REPLACE THE DISK AND THEN PRESS ANY KEY. It use to run Windows 98 and it worked great for how old it is. Was hoping to put XP on it but its only got a small hard drive (4099mb). So will have to put 98 back on it till I get a bigger hard drive.Only need it to teach my daughter how to respect a laptop. I mainly want to get into the BIOS for format. Any instruction on how to get into the BIOS would be great, as I'm good from there. Thank you in advance for your help.

I don't know the exact method for the Satellite 320 CDS.
But most of the Toshiba notebooks use one of the following methods.
If you see a message while booting "Press F2 to enter setup", do it and you get into BIOS.
Or you have to press ESC while booting, then press F1 when prompted to and you are in the BIOS.

Dude... I been online for 40 minutes looking for instructions on how to get around this box. I can't find anything relevant, so I'm just gonna ask. How do you get to the settings for SUPER RAID 2? I can't find any information on it and now I'm really getting frustrated!! Any help would be appreciated.

First go into your BIOS and set the controller to RAID instead of AHCI/IDE/whatever it is.
You should then be able to use some key combination (such as ALT+H or whatever it is) to enter the Intel Raid ROM and setup the RAID in there.

Also, once this happens, do I have to delete the album and start over or is there a way to merge the albums in iTunes? Using iTunes 10.04.08.

And you've made me remember that using the compilation flag may only work in iTunes if you go into the Songs view, then use View > Column Browser > Show Column Browser and then View > Column Browser > Group Compilations to make sure this line is ticked.
It is also best if View > Column Browser > Use Album Artists is also ticked.

Use the color fill option - select the inserted .pdf and assign a fill color of white to it using the Color Fill Menu on the Toolbar or the Color Picker Palette.

Some/many times you will provide an answer to the original poster's (OP) question and they will mark the post as answered, however, the OP will not click on the Helpful or Solved buttons, which award points.
Just to add to Tom's comment, you are not allowed to even bring up the subject of awarding points on the Discussions unless somebody specifically asks about it. You can also try to clear the cache and the cookies from sites (e.g. google.com) that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
