How do you install Photoshop to a computer with no disc drives?

I have a store bought version of Photoshop Elements 10 (3 discs) and now I have a new laptop with no disc drive. How do I download what I have already purchased? It's registered with Adobe and on my registered products list, but I don't see how I can download it.

You could just copy the installer to a USB stick... Otehr than that you might download older versions following these instructions:

I purchased Adobe Photoshop elements 9 a year or so ago. I still have the installation disc and all the packaging that came with it. Unfortunately my imac crashed and I had to purchase a new imac. I would like to install this program on my new computer but there is no disc drive on it. Also there are no instructions included that direct installation without using the disc. I was signed in with download assistant, no just in at adobe.com... I've tried different perferences and settings but when I click on the links nothing seems to happen. I've been messing around with this for a few hours now and it dawned on me that it may have something to do with my internet. I live outside the city- totally nice for gardening, totally terriable for internet thus I have a verizon data plan and not unlimited internet, I think possibly verizon is shutting it down because of restrictions I have on my data. This type of thing also happened when I upgraded to Mavericks. The file itself was larger than my month's data so it seemed like it wouldn't initiate the download... I don't know for sure if it is the same problem here but if you're telling me that you are having more successful results than I am that might be the reason.
I'll take my computer to work or to my mom's house or somewhere where I can have unlimited access and see if I have any better success.

OK seriously, I did not want to make you feel stupid, it was in fact the first thing that came to my mind. Now, if you got something from Costco, there is probably a box or a CD with it, which should tell you whether it is a PC version or a Mac version. These apps usually come with items like a camera or maybe a scanner included. Please take the time and check what you got. If there is nothing on the disk telling you it's a Mac-version, youprobably got the wrong thing.
The Mac version is available via Adobe's website, just look for Photoshop Elements 9, that's the current version. There even is a trial available.

How do you install HP Photosmart Apple software with just an iPad?

I have an iPad 2 with iOS 7 and a new HP Photosmart 7520 all in one printer. How do you install the Apple software on the CD if you don't have a computer to do so?
Is there some kind of wifi internet install of the CD's software or do I have to go find a computer to do this?

You should not need to install the CD software.

You can just download the version you have licensed from Adobe and install it.
You'll need to activate it with your serial number if you have a perpetual license, or just log in with your Adobe ID if you have a Creative Cloud subscription.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
