How do you install the NT domain connector onto the Directory Server Integrated Edition 5.0 for Solaris?

The NT installation lists the NT Domain connector as an option. The Solaris version doesn't. I spoke briefly with a project manager at Sun who said putting an NT Domain connector onto a Directory Server on Solaris was possible, but I'm not sure how.

You'll have to install the NT connector on an NT machine. The Join Engine that joins this connector can reside on Solaris.

I am seeing the DSL music device in the Audio Units section of the Smart Controls. But maybe it is a left-over from GarageBand 11.
Open the Smart Controlds and click the Audio Units > Instrument brick.
Then select "Au Instruments > Apple".
But I did not check, if soundfonts still will work this way. Tell us, when you try.

Hello troubleshooters and setup saviours,
We are a school with 200+ users on an OD managed on a Mac Pro server.
We decided to migrate to Mavericks, in order to fix several AFP binding bugs, from a 10.8 with server Apps.
We decided to give our server a SSD boost, and successfully installed the OS on this disk, with the server Apps and domain users.
So now, our system is on the SSD drive, and we want the network homes on a separate Hard Drive.
The problem occured when we tried to create the old users folders on our server, using the server manager and workgroup manager gave the same result.
Upon creation of the homes, a big amount of phantom data appeared on our system's disk.
We had 100 GB of unspecified, unlabeled, unverifiable data created on this disk, and since it's a 128 GB disk, the system hang and the server crashed.
We tried to find it with "du", and even the monitoring tools in Mavericks, but nothing helped, and this data seems to be nowhere.
Did anybody manage to install an OD domain on two disks ?

Swap is managed automatically and is stored on the boot volume in /private/var/vm
/private/var would not normally show up in /Volumes
/Volumes is normally used to hold entries for either additional or external disks, or network volumes. The boot volume is however also listed so the following
/Volumes/Macintosh HD/private/var
would normally represent /private/var on the boot volume.
What in /private/var is the area using up all the space? You can use the following command in terminal to list a break down
du -h /path/to/folder
you might want it to only list one level down which you can do as follows
du -h -d1 /path/to/folder
e.g. du -h -d1 /Volumes/"volume"/private/var

Since upgrading to Yosemite, I cannot figure out how to get my table to continue on to the second page. If you look at my screenshot, you can see that my table was so big so the whole thing was moved to the next page. I want it to remain on the 1st page and have additional rows continue on to the second page. In the previous version of pages, the column titles would also appear on the second page. Go to View > Show Invisibles (Shift+Command+I).
This will display Paragraph marks (¶) at the end of each paragraph.
Delete the paragraph mark (¶) that is at the end of the paragraph before the table, i.e. just between the table and the paragraph.
This will bring the table surely just beneath the paragraph (text), I suppose.

What you're looking at are web pages, expressly designed to run on the iPhone Safari browser's miniature screen. "Weblets", if you will.
It is extremely unfortunate that people started calling them by the cute, but misleading name of "widget", since that really refers to something different.
Anyway, you're expected to either bookmark your favorite weblets, or at least bookmark one of the pages that act as home pages for your favorites.
(The latter are trying to look like the real Home page, which is where everyone wants these. And to tell the truth, it would make perfect GUI sense to let you place such a bookmark on your Home page, just as you can on a desktop. After all, the idea is to hide from the user what/where/how something works. But the iPhone is obviously still very much a work in progress.)

As long as they're all logged into the Mac App store with the same Apple ID, you can re-download the installer to all the Macs.
Or you can save a copy of the installer file before you run it and use that to update the other Macs. The ML installer file will appear in your Applications folder when it's done downloading. Copy it to another location (don't move it).
If you don't copy it before you upgrade, it will disappear when ML is finished installing.

OK seriously, I did not want to make you feel stupid, it was in fact the first thing that came to my mind. Now, if you got something from Costco, there is probably a box or a CD with it, which should tell you whether it is a PC version or a Mac version. These apps usually come with items like a camera or maybe a scanner included. Please take the time and check what you got. If there is nothing on the disk telling you it's a Mac-version, youprobably got the wrong thing.
The Mac version is available via Adobe's website, just look for Photoshop Elements 9, that's the current version. There even is a trial available.

Thanks John. I have tried solutions 1 to 3 from (-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.h tml) and they do not work. So I presume that all I can do is to remove all 25 CC applications and start again!
Incidently, ( http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/ ) does not list Adobe Camera Raw 8.4 as an update even though Adobe have announced that it is available (http://blogs.adobe.com/lightroomjournal/2014/04/camera-raw-8-4-and-dng-converter-8-4-now-a vailable.html). The same applies for Adobe Premiere Pro 7.2.2 (http://blogs.adobe.com/premierepro/2014/04/premiere-pro-cc-7-2-2.html). If they are not available this would explain why I cannot download them but I am very suprised that Adobe didn't mention this when I contacted them.
