How do you install the vision deployment engine

I cannot find the Serial num,ber in the kit. Where is it?

I now understand that the part number I purchased has no serial number. I needed to select the second option to install the product directly. I have resolved this issue. Thanks

Before installing iFS, you need to install
    Oracle8i Client (with Administrator option).
This installs JDBC-OCI driver and other
common Oracle components such as Net8,
    OEM ....
The JDBC-OCI driver patch is available from
technet to download. Go to the url - http://technet.oracle.com/software/tech/java/sqlj_jdbc/software_index.htm
and download Oracle8i 8.1.6.0.1 JDBC Drivers for use with JDK 1.1.x.
Apply the patch and carry out iFS installation/configuration.
Go through the iFS installation guide.

  • How can you install the DVD or CD Sharing Setup software?

How can you install the DVD or CD Sharing Setup software for a computer running MAC OSX 10.4.11 if you do not have a MacBook Air?

You'll find the software you're looking for here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/dvdorcdsharingsetupupdateformac.html
However, say for example you install this on your iMac G4 or Windows XP PC (you'll need to get the link for that one yourself), are you planning to try to share the drive with an iBook or other non-MacBook Air computer? If this is your case, I'm not shure if it can be done with that software. I'll need to get back to you on that one.

They're not extra transitions. They're content to use with the alpha transition. You import the content into your project  Do you know how alpha transitions work? Read the section in the manual on them.

how do you install the quicktime pro if you have quicktime version 10.2?

QuickTime X seems to be the future development for Apple and it has features not found in version 7.
Likewise, QuickTime Player 7 with the "Pro" license has a lot of features not (yet) available in QuickTime X. Most notable are the extensive export options, movie property editor, & "old school" window style with easy to set in & out timeline points that don't block the image.
But because it is a 32 bit application it is much slower for some things than QT X, most notably playback of HD movie content.
So I use QT 7 for editing & exporting and QT X for playback-only stuff.

  • How do you install the OS on a new hard-drive?

I have a Thinkpad T400 and I just received a new HDD today. I would like to reinstall windows and I have created 3 DVD's with the Create Product Recovery Media software. However, when the first disk loads up it asks me to insert the OS reinstall disk. It seems that none of the 3 DVD's I burned can be used for this. Am I doing something wrong? How can I install the OS that my Thinkpad came with onto this new HDD that I just purchased?

I ran into exactly the same problem. I can't get past the first Start Recovery Disk. That one went without a problem. Then, when asked for the 'set of Operating Recovery Disks", I inserted the Product Recovery Disk 1 that I downloaded and it replies 'wrong disk'. I tried the Product Recovery Disk 2 and got the same reply.
    Any ideas? Thanks
Hi and welcome to the forum fomiga!

  • How do you install the NT domain connector onto the Directory Server Integrated Edition 5.0 for Solaris?

The NT installation lists the NT Domain connector as an option. The Solaris version doesn't. I spoke briefly with a project manager at Sun who said putting an NT Domain connector onto a Directory Server on Solaris was possible, but I'm not sure how.

You'll have to install the NT connector on an NT machine. The Join Engine that joins this connector can reside on Solaris.

  • TS1892 How do you install the start up if you dont have a working cd-rom?

A friend of mine gave me this ibook for my son, And when i turn it on it just gaves a sound and goes to a grey screen with the finder file in the middle of the screen with a question mark flashing back in forth for about five min and just stops. so my question is how do i get it to open up and work?

I think that means there is no system installed.  Your friend probably erased the hard drive (to delete personal information) before giving it to you.
You should ask your friend if he/she has the original discs that came with the iBook.  When you say "if you dont have a working cd-rom," are you saying you don't have the disc, or are you saying the iBook's optical drive is not working?

  • How do you install the content for CS3 master collection?

I have installed Adobe CS3 Master Collection on my Mac.
All the software is loaded and ready to go. There is an extra
disc that says "content." When I pop it in I'm not prompted to
do anything. How do I get the "content" to load up? Do I drag
all of the items onto my boot drive? If so, which folder? Documents?

The content disk is just a collection of extra stuff for you to peruse. There's a whole bunch of free PostScript OpenType fonts, documentation for all of the applications in PDF format, some help files (like migrating from Go Live to Dreamweaver). Just open the disk and look though it.

  • How do you install the Jikes compiler for JCreatorV3 LE?

Hello, this is Esran. I recently downloaded the Jikes compiler(version 1.19) and I'm having problems integrating it into JCreatorV3 LE.
Here are the instructions given in the help menu:
    1. First download and install the Jikes package. (only ~850kb)
    2. Click Project > Project Properties.
    3. On the JDK Tools tab of the Project Properties dialog box, make a copy of the default compiler.
    4. Change the command line to the path of Jikes.exe.
    5. Add the parameter option -E.
    6. Close the Tool Configuration dialog box and enable the Jikes checkbox.
    7. Compile your project by pressing F7.
Important: Make sure the project path doesn't contain spaces; otherwise, you get compiler errors.
I got confused on step 5. it says to add the parameter option -E, but where do I add it?
This is what is already typed under parameters:
    -classpath "$[ClassPath]" -d "$[OutputPath]" $[JavaFiles]
Now where do I insert that -E?
Lots of Duke Dollars here for the person who helps the most!

Here's a post. Even if it's totally useless, it's still the most helpful one, right?
Where do you put the -E parameter? If this thing you're talking about works like most other command-line applications, it would be after the name of the program. Like this:
    yada/yada/yada/jikes.exe -E -classpath ...
Or you could try putting it at the end. Usually it doesn't matter. The test is whether your thing works after you do it (did you do that test yet?)

  • How do you install the same Apple ID on two ipads

I have an original ipad and just purchased an ipad air.  I want to use the same Apple ID and it won't let me.  Is there a way to do this?

    Songflower wrote:
I am setting up a new ipad and this is on the Create Apple ID page
That is the problem, you don't want to create a new Apple ID. You want to sign in with the Apple ID. When you activate the iPad you are given the option to sign into your ID or create a new one. You selected the wrong option. Try going back a screen or two to get the sign in option again.
You can always skip the sign in and wait until the device is activated then sign in  -  settings>iTunes and App Store>Apple ID.

  • How do you install the JMicron drivers for IDE compatibility on a p965 Platinum?

I can plainly see I've got the same issue as many others with regard to using my IDE devices on the p965 board. In short, I can't. I have to install the JMicron drivers.
I know this has been covered elsewhere, but frankly I can't find it and I want it to be in a highly visible place, perhaps a permanent thread. Would someone please supply the link(s) relevent to doing this for those of us who cannot yet boot to an OS because ALL of our mass media and optical devices are on the IDE chain that needs the drivers?
    Thanks in advance!

never see any solution that work all time for this problem.
for some of us: driver install:
    http://www.station-drivers.com/page/jmicron.htm
for some other: flash bios with bios 1.2
    http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/bios/bos/spt_bos_detail.php?UID=745&kind=1
the better one: buy sata device and diseable this      Jmicron in bios
