How do you label (name) a speadsheet?

The titles for columns and rows are easy. How do you name or entitle the spreadsheet in Numbers?

Terminology is important here. It is hard to answer your question as presented.
Column and row "titles" are called "headers". If you have chosen to "use header names as references", cells are given names based on what is in their respective column and row header cells.
"Spreadsheet" could mean "document" or could mean "table". Sometimes it can mean "sheet". People use that word loosely.
If you mean "table" and you want the table name to be displayed above the table, go to the Table tab of the Inspector and put a check next to "Name". You can rename the table there. You can also rename a table by double clicking its name in the sidebar on the left of the Numbers window.
If you mean "document", you have to save the file and give it a name. From the Insert menu you can insert the filename into a table cell, a text box, or as a page header/footer.
If you mean "sheet", you can change the name of the sheet in the sidebar on the left by double clicking on the sheet name. There is no automatic way to get the sheet name to appear on the page.

Unless there is an app that provides for this, you don't. You can't see the name or label of photos on the iPad.
Photos in the iPad's Camera Roll can and should be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera. Change the name or label of the photos on your computer.

How do you label a point (x,y) on a scatter graph?

I made a graph with a corresponding table, just a regular x,y table. I just need one of these points on the graph to be labeled with the corresponding (x,y) numbers. How do you do that?

The only solution I could come up with utilizes two charts one on top of the other:
- the scatter chart you started with AND
- a vertical bar chart where the value is enabled with
   + everything else hidden or disabled
   + the background set fill set to none
   + the vertical and horizontal min and max set to the same for both charts
I had to create a two new columns (one to check a box indicating the value label was to be included) and a column which includes the value:
setting this up is not too hard:
In this example...
D2=IF(E2, C2, "")
select D2 and fill down
Now select the column D and add a bar chart and set up like:
You will also want to select the series in the new column and make the "series data symbol" none
This has a problem where the bar chart does not use X data so the points will not always line up.
NOTE: This is the rube-goldberg solution.
You can simply place a text box or and single cell table that references the same cell in the original data like this,

Do a Get Info on the videos in question. Under "Options" is a drop-down for "Video Kind".

How do you change name of the files before sending files to FTP site?

Hi guys,
my environment is SQL Server 2008 R2.
Currently, I'm trying to figure out how to tackle the following project:
I have over 100 files that I need to send via FTP on daily basis.
Before doing so, I must change the extension of the file to a specific characters stored in a sql server table, for example if the file name is Store1.txt the new name will be Store1.111
I was hoping that you guys can point me in the right directions :-)

I would use a script task for renaming, Pass the data from the SQL table with the extension you want via a object variable to the script task iterate the files in the directory and rename as requried

I use Gmail and I just send them in the Spam folder and you'll not see them again.

Named anchors are deprecated in HTML so you won't find this option in DW CC. Use a unique id instead.

How do you set the fontSize of a label in AS?

I am tinkering with a neat little component I found, and I
added a few labels to it. In the AS code there are now four labels.
I wanted to change the default font size on one of the labels,
which I know how to do in mxml but I don't really understand how
that translates to a component in ActionScript.
Imitating the way height and width were set, I tried:
label.fontSize="10";
but this gives me an error 1119 "access to possibly undefined
property fontSize through a reference with static type
mx:controls.label"
Can someone tell me how to set the font size within an AS
component?

How to label/name a wire output from a case diagram

I like how Labview displays the "name" of a wire - when it shows the right name! Sometimes when a wire leaves a Case diagram, I notice it has the name of the wire in one case when I would prefer it to have the name from one of the other cases, and I wonder if I have worked out which case it uses - the last case. The problem is that the typical Boolean Case diagram only has 2 cases, and you can't re-arrange the cases, except if you add a dummy case, rearrange, then delete the dummy case. The attached VI illustrates the difference in the name of the blue wire (use the mouse hovering over the wire to see it). (LV 8.2.1)
I think it would be nice if we could label the output tunnel of case diagrams (and hence the wire emerging from it). It wouldn't need to be a visible label, but it would help to document the code. What do you think?

How do you configure a farm name in RDS 2012?

I understand Remote Desktop Services has undergo some drastric changes.
How do you configure a farm name in RDS 2012? Or is the concept around farm name changed in another concept?
Although I have imported a certificate on the RDCH withe the farm name I want to use. When I click on a RemoteApp on the RD Web Access portal, it does not connect to the right farm name.

You don't. You create a collection. A client connects to the Connection Broker and then is redirected to the collection it is connecting to. The collection name is embedded in the connection file that the client downloads from RDWeb or
the RDWeb feed.
A collection is basically at least one RDSH server (for session based desktops) or one virtual machine (virtual machine based desktops).

How do you use WLST to get a deployed Apps name?

I am writing an application update script to make updating our environments quicker/easier with the following code from an ant build file:

However, b/c our application has a version in the manifest file, our application name looks like this:
AppName-BuildNumber-TimeOfBuild
Since the TimeOfBuild is always different from build to build it is impossible to hard code this value. Is there a way to get the application's name using WLST?

This shows me all applications deployed on the server, but inorder to go any farther I need the name of a specific app. I'm sure I am just overlooking an mbean somewhere, but I can't seem to find it! Any ideas??
