If you do not have iOS 5, you have to use subfolders in your one photo syncing folder. You can have one level of folders in the syncing folder and each folder is an album.

It isn't possible to create albums on or with the iPhone.
You can create photo albums on your computer by creating and naming a folder, and then place the designated photos on your computer within the folder.
Create a primary/parent folder that will contain only folders than contain photos.
Select this parent folder under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences and then sync.
If you haven't already done so, you need to transfer all photos captured by your iPhone to your computer and then delete the captured photos from your iPhone after being successfully transferred to your computer. If you want any of these photos available on your iPhone for viewing, you can place the photos in a folder or folders that are transferred from your computer to your iPhone via the iTunes sync/transfer process.

Yes. If you are in the Photos app in thumbnail view (i.e. the photos are not full screen), then if you tap the icon top right of the box with the arrow coming out of it, you should be able to select up to 5 photos and be able to then tap the Email button top left to attach them to an email

You create folders on your computer for each photo album that you want on the iPad, and the folders need to be directly off the same parent folder - and in each folder on your computer you need to put the photos that you want to appear in that album on the iPad. You then need to sync all the folders/albums that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad - not including photos in a subsequent sync is how you delete them from the iPad.

To empty the trash, in the Finder click on the word finder and you'll see "Empty trash" three items from the top along with keyboard shortcuts to do it as well.

HT1461 How can you make more 'Ram' available using bootcamp, on the windows side of things??

Hey, i recently bought an iMac 20.5' (i5) and it came with 4gb Ram
I am a music producer but the program i use is windows based, so i got bootcamp, all that works fine
but ive been working on a new song for a while now and the prgoram has an 'indicator' showing how much CPU usage % and ram is being used.
it is now at 1956mb! which should efffect because i have 4gb! right!??.. no it says (in windows sytem) 2.3gb (available)....
So i went out and bought an extra 4gb, followed the instructions and Ram went int easy!!. I log onto Mac and yep 8 GB Of RAM!!
so then i log into windows (through bootcamp ofcourse) and still 2.3 gb available....
anyone know if i can make more avaible?? or do i have to reinstall windows through bootcamp???

Windows installed using Boot Camp uses all your comptrer's resources.
Windows 7 32 bit can only use about 3 GB of RAM. The limitation is that 32 bits can not address more than this. If you want to address and use more RAM then you need Windows 64 bit.

Thank you for the question. It sounds like you would like to delete an album off of your iPad.
If you created the album on the iPad, you can tap the Edit button when viewing the list of albums and then tap the x icon to delete the album:
Manage albums. While viewing your album list, tap Edit.
Delete an album: Tap .
Only albums created on iPad can be renamed or deleted.

Albums on created on the computer that you use to sync the iPhone. You create a folder system on the computer and put photos in those folders that when synced back to iPhone become "albums." IOS5 will allow direct creation of folders on the phone, apparently, which will simply all our lives. But keep in mind that the current way of creating folders means that you KNOW that you have backups on your computer for the albums on your phone.

You can do the same with Photo library for photos you have transferred from your computer via the iTunes sync/transfer process.
And if you have already started composing a message and want to add a photo or photos to the message, press the home button to leave the message and after selecting the photo or photos you want to add to the message, select Copy instead of Share.
Return to the message and tap in the message body to bring up the paste command and select paste.

How Do you Make (Size) a Mini Photo?

I am in the WHCC Roes software program, creating a postcard. On the reverse side, I want to insert a small 2" x 1" photo. I therefore exported this size from LR3 (Image Sizing, Resize to Fit, Dimensions: 2.0 x 1.0, inches, and I clicked "Don't Enlarge". It didn't work. Any suggestions?

I have never done something like that before, so I just tried it. Here is what I did:
1. Create a custom crop ratio of 2: 1.
2. Use that ratio to crop the image (I used a virtual copy).
3. When setting up the export options, specify the long edge to be 2 inches. Don't try to specify both dimensions.
4. Export the image.
I just went through that routine and checked the image size in Photoshop, and it was exactly 2 inches by 1 inch.
