How do you open mail in a specific location on desktop as default?

Sometimes mail does this, and sometimes it doesn't. I can figure out why or how. I want to open a new mail (that I am writing)that is about 4x4 on the upper left as a default. How do I do this?

Try this:
Start Mail.
Create a new message. (Send it to yourself, if it's not convenient to send a 'real' one).
Drag the new message box to the size and location where you want it to appear in the future.
Send it.
Quit Mail.
Start Mail.
Create a new message.
The new message should be the size and in the location you placed it.
(Not a long-term test, but I tried it three times in a row, and it was in the exact location, and the exact size I selected the previous time each time I restarted Mail.)

If you have updated to iOS7, this is incorrect.
To mark and file your mail as junk on iPhone, do this:
When looking in your mailbox at the list of emails:

Regarding your questions:
1. Can you try to press the eject symbol on the DVD bay and observe if the DVD tray comes out.

2. By default, the HDD is set as the first boot device and the ODD second on the K430. You will need to change the boot order or continuously tap F12 during POST to boot from the ODD (assuming you have a bootable media inserted).

You can't. When you're in most of the PDF readers, the Share button gives you the option of Open In another app. But iBooks does not.

Or you can use another way of transferring your PDF to the iPad, like Dropbox. You install the Dropbox app on your iPad and copy your PDF from Dropbox (cloud application). It opens in Dropbox app and you use the Share icon to move it into Reader.

You could ask whoever sent it to you to resend the email, but not in rich text format : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1506
Otherwise there are a number of apps in the store that say that they support winmail.dat (search for 'winmail.dat')

Do a backup.
Quit the application.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.
Restart, open the application and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one.

This works but you have to get all the Envelope Index files that might be in there.
Make sure that you also delete Envelope Index-shm and Envelope Index-wal
and there could be some files named this with gibberish as suffixes too.
