How do you organize videos?

I am seeking help in categorizing my videos. The music part was easy. You just create as many folders as you want, name them, and load each one up. How comes videos doesn't work like the music part? Unless I am missing something. Every video I add onto my iPod through iTunes, goes directly into a folder called movie. How can I drag certain ones out and put it in another folder? Any suggestions?

You dont have a choice unless you go in and re-catergorize your videos into one of three categories. The iPhone will recognize three types of videos...music...movie...and TV Show. You can NOT build a seperate playlist that the iPhone will recognize. 3 videos or more of the same type (i.e. TV shows like Battlestar Galactica Season 3 with 3 episodes) will form its own folder. The same goes with 3 music videos of the same artist.
You could rename your videos so that they fall into a 3 or more format or you can right click on the video, select get info and change the video tab information. Other then that if you are trying to catergorize music videos then all you can do is Select one of your already created playlist such as Music Videos and check or uncheck what you really want or don't want.
Personally, I only carry 30 music videos at one time, the rest is music, podcasts , one TV show with two episodes and one movie. This way I have an assortment of various things I can watch or listen to.
