How do you Print from an iPad to an epson workforce 633?

How do you print from an iPad to an epson workforce 633?

If your printer is Aiprint capable you only have to go to the share tab, click it and you should see the name of your printer. Most AirPrint printers are very easy to set up. My HP recognized my wireless network when I turned it on and I simply followed the printers prompts to finish the setup. Apple has a list of AirPrint capable printers. Is yours on the list? See list from website
 http://support.apple.com/kb/HT435
As a alternate you can buy devices like xPrintServer by Lantronix which are supposed to allow you to use your existing printer. The device is hard wired to your printer but communicates wirelessly with your idevice.
Other options have companies like HP have services that basically allow you to send your material you want to print to HP and they in turn route it to your printer.
Hope one of these will work for you.

I do not see your printer listed on Apple's list of AirPrint printers at <http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356>.
Search the iTunes App store for a Brother printing App.  I would expect it to be free.  Other printing Apps such as Print n Share or PrintCentral have more features but are not free.
The problem with printing Apps, is that they can only be accessed from within other Apps that have the "Open In" option.  A better alternative may be to share your computer's printer as AirPrint over WiFi.  There are programs like Printopia and FingerPrint that can do that.  For a free option, search for AirPrint Activator.  There are versions for both PC and Macintosh, but you need the revised versions to work with iOS 5.

How can I print from the iPad 2 using an Epson Artisan 810 printer.

You said HP in your post title and Epson in your body text, but I think it is actually an Epson Artisan 810.
If that's right, then the free Epson iPrint app should work for you - it lists your printer as one that it supports: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/epson-iprint/id326876192?mt=8

How do I print from my ipad? it says it can't find my printer but my macbook can.

Is your printer AirPrint compatible? My MacBook can see my printer but my iPad doesn't because my wireless printer is not AirPrint Compatible.
Here are all of the AirPrint printers.

If your printer is not on that list, you need a third party app in order to print - Print and Share, Print Central, you can use Printopia for the Mac. Search for other apps that will let you print using your current printer.

  • How can I print from my iPad to my HP Deskjet F4500?

    Dear all
How can I print from my iPad to my HP Deskjet F4500?

As it does not appear that that model of printer is AirPrint compatible, you will have too look for HP's Eprint Mobile App in the App store.

Alternatively, you may be able to find softare that can run on your computer that would allow printing to the printer from the iPad. One such application is Printopia for MacOsx

If you already have a printer, you can probable use a program like, printopia to let your mac share your printer with the iOS device like your iPad. The catch being your computer has to be on, and not asleep, for the printer to work with your iPad.
If you need a printer that is airprint ready, you can find a list on AirPrint, wireless printing straight from your iPad. Check out the bottom of the page where it says works with airprint enabled printers. There are even links on the page so you can buy the printers right from Apple's website.

  • How can I print from my ipad? Printer is wireless and comes up with no airprinter found

How can I print from my ipad using a wireless printer? Printer is listed but comes up no airprinter found

iOS devices can only print directly to AirPrint printers. All AirPrint printers are wireless but not all wireless printers are capable of using AirPrint.
To print directly from an iPad / iPhone you will need an AirPrint compatible printer or another device to act as a print server. That can be a Mac computer running Printopia ($19.95 with free trial) or handyPrint (donation - supported). The Mac must be "on" but may be asleep for them to work. Equivalent PC options may exist but you're on your own finding them.
You can also buy this standalone print server:
    http://www.lantronix.com/it-management/xprintserver/xprintserver.html
These options enable you to use any printer available to your network, even older ones that may predate AirPrint by decades.
Otherwise you will need to buy an AirPrint printer or multifunction device.

  • How can I print from my ipad air without buying a new "air print" compatable printer?

How can I print from my ipad air without buying a new "air print" compatable printer? I currently have a HP Photosmart plus B210. Can I make that work?

Although you have posted in a Mavericks forum, implying that you have a Mac computer, your profile doesn't say that you have one. Printer Pro requires the printer to be connected to a Mac.

How i can print from my iPad with airport expres

Hi - you would need to purchase a printer that is enabled to print from an iPad, iPhone or iPod - these would include ePrint, iPrint and AirPrint printers - you would then install the appropriate app on you iPad and be able to print - the installation setup for each type of printer would enable you to do this.

If your printer is on this list, then it's an air print enabled printer and your iPad should print to it with no other fiddling.
If it's not an air print printer you can look in the app store and see if Brother has any apps that can help you, or any work arounds they support.
if not, then you can look into third party printing apps. I used print n share, but I also see printopia and print central recommended, and I'm sure there are others.

  • How can I print from my ipad to a Brother LC985?

Does anyone know how I can print from my Ipad 3 to a Brother LC 985 wireless printer or what do I need to download for this?

Check here (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4356) for your printer. If it is on the list, you will need to set it up on your wireless network and possibly update the firmware
If it is not on the list - meaning it is not Airprint capable - check the app store and see if Brother has a print app for it
Or, check the app store for third party print apps that may work with it.
