Hi again, JaysMother.
Are you making print-at-home or ship-to-home cards? For Print at Home, you could make a second card that has just the front image and blank inside surfaces (use the Plain White theme). Then feed the paper through again, upside-down. Experiment with plain paper first to make sure everything's lining up the way you want.

  • How do you edit out the date and time stamp from a photo

How do you edit out the date and time stamp from a photo

You can blur it out with retouch
The built-in "Retouch" brush in "Edit" mode should suffice, if the background is mostly uniform, and if you set the size of the brush to slightly wider than the bar width of the letters. For example, in this picture I removed the year from the date (in the lower right corner) by using the "retouch" brush and following the contours of the letters. (the screen shot is from iPhoto '11, but iPhoto 9 should give similar results).

  • How do you cut out the part of an image in a photo?

How do you cut out a part of an image on a photo that you have added to Pages. For example, if I have added a picture of a giraffe to Pages how would I cut out the giraffe from the image and get rid of the rest of the image

You can use the instant alpha tool to make the background transparent.
FYI: Pages is part of iWork, not iLife.

  • How do you print from the text (multiline) option so that all of the text is included?

I'm trying the trial version of formscentral and have made a form. In this form I used the text (multiline) option. I saved the form as a pdf and filled it out to test it. When I go to print the form the only text that appears is what's visible on the screen. How do I print the form so that all of the information is depicted?

This is something we are working on fixing but in the mean time what you can do is one of two things :
    1) make the multiline fields taller so that it would fit all the text in the responses.
You can do that by going to the Desing Tab and dragging the bottom right corner of a multiline text fields to make them bigger.
    2) print the Detail View instead.
From the View Responses Tab go to View > Detail View.
Select the response you want to print
Press on the printer icon at the bottom of the Detail View.
This will print the data in a name/value pair format.

  • How do I print on the back of 6x4 photo I have a photo smart 5520

I have 50 6x4 photos for wedding invite.and I need to print times ext on revers.

    Hi,
I take it that you want to print on the non glossy side of the 6x4 photo.
You can do this by simply inserting the paperglossy side up in the photo tray but becasue the back side is not designed to take ink, the print quality will be very poor and it likely smudge and smear very easily. I'd recommend letting them dry for a long time and avoid hadling until they are dry.
The other alternative would be to get double sided (booklet type) media which would give good photo quality on each side.

  • How do you print only the first ten rows in a table?

    Hi everyone:
I am trying to print only the first ten records by using <?for-each: <group name>?> and <?end for-each?>. Is there any stop tag that I could use to stop printing after the printing the first ten records without modify the XML data file? I am using XMLP Desktop 5.6.2. Thanks for your help!

You are right kkretser. However, if your report have 2 or more layouts pages. You may want to output the necessary records to each page like the first 10 records to the first page the next the to the second page. Like you said I figure out now that you can use <?if:position()<10?> print out the rows and then on the second page layout, you can do <?if:position()>=10?>. Thanks to all of your replys, guys!

  • How do you find out the balance on a Gift Card you have redeemed?

Got $15.00 from niece for Christmas. I've redeemed the Card and then proceed to purchase some songs I would have normally purchased over a spread out Period. Yet I am receiving receipts as if purchased on my Credit Card.
How do I know if the purchases are being credited to the Gift Card? Times are tight ad I am getting ready to purchase a new Mac Laptop.

You get a receipt for any purchase, regardless of the payment method. You even get receipts for free content. So the fact that you're getting a receipt doesn't mean that your credit card is being charged. Look at the balance shown at the upper-right of the iTunes window when you're on the iTunes Store, just to the left of where it shows your account ID. If charges are going to your credit balance, that will be decreasing as you make purchases, though sometimes you have to sign out of your account and back in to refresh the display.

  • HT4489 How do you find out the size of a contact card?

The old Mobile Me service had lots of issues with the number of contacts you could have. Now it seems that with this info: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4489
iCloud: Limits for Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Bookmarks
Apple has tried to inform us about the limits you can have. None the less it does not tell you how to ( for instance) know the size of the memory taken by ( contacts). So they have given us guidance but no way to know how to use it or check it. Can anybody advice how to measure the size of contacts ( for instance).? For business users this could be important. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Guy M.

Address Book's own database will be differently structured from an exported vCard so it's not really worth tampering with that.
The vCard is a series of fields separated by line returnes, with records being separated by BEING:VCARD and END:VCARD - a typical single simple card looks like this:
    BEGIN:VCARD
    VERSION:3.0
    N:National Film Theatre;;;;
    FN:National Film Theatre
    ORG:National Film Theatre;
    TEL;type=WORK;type=pref:020 7928 3232 booking
    TEL;type=WORK:020 7928 3535 prog planning
    TEL;type=WORK:020 7815 1335 tech
    TEL;type=WORK:020 7928 3233 booking
    item1.ADR;type=WORK;type=pref:;;The Box Office\, BFI Southbank\nBelvedere Road\nSouth Bank;London;;SE1 8XT;
    item1.X-ABADR:gb
    X-ABUID:A1345405-E248-4B2B-906B-F5AFA5BF15CB\:ABPerson
    END:VCARD
As you can see it's only a small amount of data - 464 bytes - so really I don't think you need to worry about the size of any individual entry except where photos are concerned - obviously they take up a lot more room. I checked a card with a typical small photo and the size was 5,137 bytes: so only quite a large photo is going to cause you any problems.
I don't know of any way of collecting statistics on the all-contacts vCard, except that if you converted it to a tab-delimited format and imported it into a spreadsheet or database program it would tell you the number of contacts.

  • How do you print just the table of contents in Reader?

I'm using Reader11, but many of my colleagues are still on Reader 9 and 10.  I'm using Adobe RoboHelp, and I'm generating a PDF document for review for files I have changed at various date ranges.   I don't need the content on the pages of the PDF.  I just need to capture the TOC so my reviewers know which documents from which time span to review, and the TOC in Reader is perfect for helping reviewers find the documents within the generated RoboHelp they need.
How do I just the TOC to print?
    Thanks!

Do you mean the bookmarks? If so, you can't (Except with screen captures)

  • How do you print all the contents of a JPanel?????

I have produced a java application and want to add printing facilities to the application.
I want the user to be able to a print a page (JPanel) which consists of JLabel's, JTextarea's and JTable's. How can this be done????
    Thank you,
    Yuvraj.

Just remember to scale the JPanel to your printer size. This is not originally my code, but I have used it and it does the trick. There are some custom changes you can pull out if you don't want/need them.

How do you print a playlist with the new itunes????

You can click on the little triangle that's next to the little box at the top left of the new iTunes. It will give you a drop down box which gives you several selections. One of the selections is "Show Menu Bar". Click on that and you get the bar back that was on the previous version. Then in "file" you can print a CD jewel case list just like before!

When you "Restore from a Time Machine Backup.", the drive will be erased for you, but yes, won't hurt to:
Boot into Recovery (hold ⌘R on boot)
Utility->Disk Utility->Erase Macintosh HD, then Repair Macintosh HD
    Quit Disk Utility
Then Select: Restore from a Time Machine Backup.
