Ik live in Holland, but a friend off my mother has buy a iphone 4s in the US (America). He has used it by himself, and when he has buy it, his number was programmed in the iphone 4s. Now he has buy iphone 5, and he have give the iphone 4s to me. But you can't place a sim-card in it. So my question is : How can i program my phone number on the iphone 4s? I have try it by myself but it doesn't work ....

If there is no SIM card slot available with the iPhone, it is not an iPhone 4S. It is an iPhone 4 that is a CDMA phone and can't be activated with any other CDMA network and can't be used with a GSM network either because it is not a GSM phone which includes/requires a SIM card slot.

HOw do you remove the badge number icon for a program that you do not want to update from the app store.
I have an app that is updated but i don't want the update (new ugly artwork and I am content with what the present artwork and app does)...I don't want the update. How do I remove/refuse the update and remove the number badge?

new directions:
1. go to itunes
2. click applications
3. right click on the application you want to use
4. press show in windows explorer
5. Copy the ipa to desktop
6. right click and press open with
7. open file with winrar, winzip, what ever, something so you can see all the files
8. open iTunesMetadata.plist with PLIST EDITOR
9. search for "itemId"
10. Delete the number under "itemId" in between </integer>
11. leave One number remaining. (any number)
12. save.
13. double click your new ipa
14. sync
15. No more update badge
DONE.
remember to backup everything you change. just in case.

You don't install Apple drivers until after Windows is installed otherwise,
It is possible for me, with a tower, to run w/o needing any drivers from Apple. But with laptops, mini, you do need some drivers from Apple for graphics, internet, wireless, SMC support.
And right now, loading any Apple support Tech Note articles is very very slow.
People keep asking why Apple can't post 3.0 or 4.0 like they do the updates. Only logic is to force t he download from inside OS X or from an OS X DVD. Otherwise would be here, and avoid all the trouble. they aren't of use on a PC, and any PC motherboard vendor does post their support software for download.

At this moment you can’t add pictures to a slideshow. You only can replace them.

Well, if you re-attach your background music under the first clip, the starting point will be at the start of that clip so I think it will still be in sync. If not it's simply a matter of nudging the music track a bit along the timeline. Comparing the audio waveforms of the two tracks should help with this. When its right you can delete the track in the background music position. Now you can add what you like before the first clip without affecting sync.

When syncing you receive a warning that you are about to remove all content from your iphone (device)!!! I don't/can't have this happen!! I have the music and calenders etc on iCloud but the Apps don't get stored there (as far as I'm aware).
Should I de-register the old PC first? Will that then signal iTunes that this is OK to syc the apps with the new??
