How do you recover an autorecover / autosave file in Microsoft Visio 2010?

Crashed on me yesterday after 8 hours of work. The autorecover is set to every 10 minutes, but I can't find the file. I have read everything online and none of it works. If anyone can help, please let me know. Just keep in mind I know very little about
computers.

Up to now, I don’t find easy way to recover unsaved Visio file. The only way that I find is to search all files modified on the date that you edited the Visio file, and then find the file.

When you upgraded to Lion did you have AppleWorks installed on your mac?
Most of the AW documents can be opened by Pages 09 or Numbers 09 with most of the orginal format in tact. (I do not know if previouse verision will work) just open the AW file with both and see which one works best.
Text Edit will also open most of the AW files as well but will require a lot of work to restore them to their orginal format.
If you have AW Database documents then they are not supported.
These document show up as "exec icons", Kind: Unix Executagle File.
They also will show up as .cwk file if they are small files. I have a couple that were under 1mb that are shown as " Kind: AppleWorks Document" but will not open.
The only option to open AW database is to have AW installed on a mac with a pre-Lion OS to recover the file.

You can recover deleted video files from webcam with webcam recovery software, take a look at this guide:

Take note that you'd better stop using the webcam before you get back deleted files.

I Accidentally deleted a calendar on my list of calendars. How can I get it back? I searched the trash for the date it happened but nothing appeared for that day. If you make the backup using iCal>File>Back up iCal..., you will have a file named something like iCal 2008-12-30.icbu.
Using iCal>File>Restore iCal..., navigate to the file, and follow the prompts to restore from your iCal backup file as it existed when the backup was made. In the example I gave, which was my last backup, iCal would revert to the state that existed on Dec 30th, and any entries made since that date would not be preserved.
If you made the backup using Time Machine, restore the Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library "Calendars" Folder from your most current Time Machine backup.

NEVER empty the Trash in the shell (Terminal.) NEVER put anything in the Trash unless you intend to delete it immediately. If you do put something in the Trash and change your mind about deleting it, move it out or use the Put Back contextual menu item. Then empty the remaining items in the Trash as usual.

Semantics, I suppose. In any case, you do need to go through Premiere Pro if you want AME to do the job. There are likely other encoders out there which can perform the muxing, though, if you'd rather not go through PP.

The email provider I was using didn''t seem to want to accept it through Adobe Send the first time and since Adobe Send ends January 6, I am assuming a zip file is preferable.. Adobe Send is Adobe's current solution for sending large files. (It's Adobe SendNow that's retiring soon.) Can you tell us what trouble you were running into using Adobe Send?
There isn't a special version of Zip files for Acrobat, but you could reduce the PDF file size if you have Acrobat. Or, in Windows, you can create a Zip file by choosing File > Send to > Compressed (Zipped) Folder.

Do you mean the passcode for Settings > General > Restrictions so that you can turn in-app purchases back 'on', or something else ?
If the Restrictions code then was it on the iPad when you last backed up ? If not then you can restore to that backup and it should be removed. If it was on the iPad when you last backed up then the only way to remove it is to reset the iPad back to factory defaults and you can then re-sync your content back to the iPad - you won't be able to restore to the backup as that will keep the code in place.

These files are form a Sound Devices 664 mixer.

Is this a 5 or 6 channel single wav file?
I don't believe Logic will import these but can't be 100% sure because I'm not using the very latest version, I'm at 9.1.5 because it's stable. I do know that "SoundTrack Pro" that shipped with the disk version of Logic can export multichannel files so I'm guessing that it may very well open them as well. Soundtrack Pro has been discontinued but if you do have it, make sure it's the latest version.
Or... if you know anyone with the Nuendo DAW, it will open multichannel wavs which you can then export to any format you wish.
Might also want to look at "Reaper" it may well open Multichannel WAV files and has a 30 or 60 day trial license and only costs $60 for a license. An amazing DAW mainly developed by a single individual.
