How do you remove iSkysoft Video Downloader?

I have already tried going through all the steps in a similar question here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2651408?start=0&tstart=0 (which was never resolved) and the box that says "Download Now" is still there and won't go away. Does anyone know how to remove it? Thank you!

You can't. Aperture is non-destructive, the master file (either still of video) is never altered.

to the right by search library theres an arrow there click on it : it will show you what it is downloading , from there you can pause and select all and delete them but still will continue to download them if you tell itunes to check for downloads. that download engien is crazy i tell yeah.
no matter what we do it will still download them trust me i tryed everything and i also went to icloud to see if it was there but to what i see is that there is no apps there this is some crazy itune program that needs to remade.

To delete on your iPad go to iBook library and click edit on the top right.
Select the book you want to delete then click delete on the top left (Red button)

On iTunes while in sync with your iPad. Select the book tab and remove the book you don't wont by selecting and going to 'Edit' > 'Remove from libary

In iMovie look in the Event Library. You should see an Event named "iPhoto Videos" (assuming the videos are compatible with iMovie).
Each time you open iMovie it will look for any new videos in iPhoto and place thumbnails in the iPhoto Videos Event. You will be given a choice as to whether you want the thumbnails generated now or later. The thumbnails will appear in chronological (date) order in the Event window. Note that the clips themselves are not actually imported to iMovie - they are simply referenced by iMovie (that is, iMovie points to the clips in iPhoto).
Drag clips (or parts of clips) to a project. To start a new project, select File > New Project from iMovie's menu.
Please ask if you need more advice. Otherwise, click on Help > iMovie Help in the menu. There you will find plenty of good information about how to use iMovie, including short video tutorials.

Try swiping the downloading progress indicator, which presumably says "Paused" now. That should give you a "delete" option on the right.

new directions:
1. go to itunes
2. click applications
3. right click on the application you want to use
4. press show in windows explorer
5. Copy the ipa to desktop
6. right click and press open with
7. open file with winrar, winzip, what ever, something so you can see all the files
8. open iTunesMetadata.plist with PLIST EDITOR
9. search for "itemId"
10. Delete the number under "itemId" in between </integer>
11. leave One number remaining. (any number)
12. save.
13. double click your new ipa
14. sync
15. No more update badge
DONE.
remember to backup everything you change. just in case.
