I have the newest nano but there is the search option.. I used to have it on my old nano but i cant seem to find it on this new nano

Just bought one for my daughter and discovered no search facility , she has over 800 songs ,very very disappointed , can't bring back as opened the packet , can't buy comparable charger for me apple devices as they all break after a few days so forced to spend extornate price on apple ones because the battery live still is not sorted out.
Is it just me or are apple taking their eye off the customer satasfaction ball !!!

Now, it will not sync the movie unless it is on the computer I bought the movie from. Because I erased my iPod on the computer I bought the movie, I have to download my iPod to the computer I bought the movie on in order to sync the movie to my iPod. You have to double tap every icon in order to open music, videos, etc. I cannot swipe to the second page of icons, black box appears around an icon and then switches to a different one anytime I swipe. A box even appears around the time and battery power. iPod & iTunes are both updated. What is the FIX on this issue?

I had this problem as well. This is what I found by searching online. I tried the fix on my nano 7th gen and it worked. I hope this helps you. Make sure to use two fingers for sliding and double-click the icons to get into settings. Good luck.
