How do you talk to anyone when you have a charge on your itunes account that I don't understand??
How do I talk to some human that can tell me what a charge is for on my i tunes account.
I find a $9.99 Pandora charge that I can not figure out what it is???????????
You could simply type "Contact itunes support" into the google search bar. This would give you the link to contact itunes support.
Or you could just click the word Support at the top of this page, then click the link under Contact Apple Support.

I have a balance on my itunes account that I wan to use before it expires. I have a new computer and new iphone, so itunes wants a code from the back of the card. The card is long gone. How do I use my balance without this code?
As I said, some items cannot be purchased with an existing credit on an account no matter how much it is. It can only be purchased with a charge to a credit card.

I updated to the iOS6, and it allows you to view and send messages with any phone on iOS6 and linked to your iTunes account. You can unselect phones so they dont go out through the phone, but is there a way to block other phones from adding yours? Example, I don't ind being able to see what my son is sending/receiving on his phone but I don't really want him to be abe to add my phone and see all my messages...

Can I compress my songs in itunes - currently my 1600 songs are taking up 14 GB of room - I was told that the nano 8 GB could hold up to 2000 songs - is there a reason that my 1600 are taking up so much space. 1600 songs... it depends the individual size of each track. Not all tracks take up the same storage space.
If you want to have all 1600 tracks on one iPod, you need a larger iPod. -

Delete the credit card information from the account and let it go dormant or you can contact iTunes through the expresslane and have them disable the account. To change your itunes and iphone over to a different account, first go to appleid.apple.com and create a new account then sign out of itunes on your computer and sign back in using the new account. Then, sign out of you phone's stored apple ID and sign in with your new apple ID.(Settings>Store>Tap your apple ID and choose "sign out".
