How do you tell what RAM chips your RAM has without seeing the actual chips?

I was wondering about the possibility of actually having Winbond chips in Corsair RAM as I have the Corsair TwinX 1024 DDR3200LL RAM and my system has been completely stable for a month and a half with no BSODs.  Granted, I have not yet overclocked, but Prime 95 and Memtest86 have also run flawlessly.  It seems that very few people have used this RAM with success.  In another post, senator mentioned that some older Corsair RAM had Winbond BH-5 IC chips or some other decent chips as opposed to the current not-so-good chips Corsair is using.  I swear that I saw Winbond on some screen on my PC, but don't remember where.  I checked out Corsair's website, but didn't find anything useful at first glance.  I pulled a stick of my RAM out to look at, as I thought that maybe removing the metal clip might allow removal of the heatspreaders, but it does not.  Does anyone know any other way to tell what RAM chips you have without actually seeing the chips?

There should be some numbers on the heatspreader, take a look. I found the answer to your question.

XMS3200C2 Rev 1.1 uses -6 Rev B
XMS3500C2 uses -5 Rev B (only rev. 1.1 exists)
XMS3200LL Rev 1.1 uses -5 Rev B
