How do you transfer an e-mail directly to a website?
I want to take an e-mail I received, and post it on a social media website (Facebook). I tried using using the "from" link at the top of the e-mail itself, but it doesn't work.
I can't think of a way to make that direct transfer. Assuming you want to show the sender, date/time, and subject line, try using Forward to insert that information into a new message, then, without sending the message, copy and paste from the new message body. Is that close enough?

From Contacts, anyway (the new version of Address Book) you can export to a .abbu file and import then into Outlook. I'm not sure about Mail as I only really use Outlook...

How can I transfer my e-mail addresses from my Yahoo address book to the Contact app on the main screen of the iPod touch? If I go into my Yahoo mail on the iPod, the addresses are there but if I click directly on the Contacts app on the main screen it's blank. I'm just setting up my new IPod touch and I've read and re-read the synch directions over and over but other than just plugging it in there's nothing that tells me HOW to move the addresses to the "Contact app" where I'd like to be able to access them from. It sounds like you would like to transfer your mail and mailboxes from one computer to another. I recommend exporting the mailboxes from one Mac and then importing them to the destination Mac. You can find steps in the following articles:

If you just want to install the apps then you can either sync them from your computer's iTunes or re-download them directly on the iPad 2 : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
If you want to sync the apps and their content from the frist gen iPad then you can backup the iPad 1, and then restore the iPad 2 from that backup (a list of what is included in a backup is in this article http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4079 - it excludes music, videos, synced photos). As the backup doesn't contain the actual apps, just their settings and content, for the restore to work completely you'll need all the relevant apps in your computer's iTunes library - otherwise the restore won't be able to install the apps and therefore their content (if you don't have the apps on your computer then you can re-download them for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519) -

Is it possible to transfer a voice memo to my computer and then convert that to text that can be printed?
Here is my problem. I study harbor seals and have always taken hand written notes that then must be typed into the computer when I get home from an observation. Is there any way I can dictate what I see to a voice memo and then have that translated to text. If there is which would do it best an iphone or ipad (I have neither, just a tracphone for an emergency).
Perhaps this is asking too much from the technology available but it would be a great help if I could do this.

How do you transfer voice memos to your pc? I have synced my phone a number of times and everything updates with the exception of voice memos? Also, my voice memos are checked to be synced everytime my phone is synced.
Voice memos, once correctly synced, will appear under your Music Library. Can you go through your music library to check?
