how do you unlock iTunes after you have bought them? A few of the songs i have bought are already unlocked but i can't unlock the rest. i want to put the songs on to another mp3.
Go into itunes preferences for burning and set it for audio CD.
THen burn an audio CD and use it like any other audio CD.

What I was trying to do though was to mass delete the voice memos from the phone, and I was told that one can do that via iTunes. Problem is that when I do open iTunes, I am not able to locate a TAB thats says ON THIS IPHONE
I was told that one could click on this and then select multiple Voice Memos and delete this way.

Here to help shed some additional light on this case, jdondr. I also own a Maxx. With your phone, if you access the Gallery, there should be a folder named: Messaging. If you look at the upper left hand corner, you should see a drop down box. Is it currently set to Albums?

Well you first download the latest version of iTunes, after installing it restart the computer once and then try opening it!
