If 3 unlocked your device and confirmed it, then it should be unlocked.
Did you restore the device with the new SIM? If no, do it and it should be unlocked.
If its still locked, call AppleCare and they can tell you, if they can see in the system the unlock request from your carrier (AppleCare should be avaulable in Turkey now, or trough Skype the UK AppleCare).
If they dont see it there, then 3 did not unlock the device and you need to contact them.

After working properly for over a year, now when I connect my iPod Classic via USB to my Chevy Equinox it starts "Indexing iPod". I tried to reboot my talking I-PAD many times without success. It won't re-set after Apple logo appear on the screen.
