How do you update, add and alter your site once it's published to server ?

This is something of a mystery to me - my server is GoDaddy and I looked though the blurb I downloaded and printed out from their site but am none the wiser. This is holding me back, because I feel a bit panicky that perhaps I'll not be able to change things.

Make the alterations to your site and then publish to a folder from iWeb and then upload your updated site folder and index file again.
If you use Cyberduck however, you should be able to sync between the two, the one on your computer and what is currently on your server, however, you still need to publish to a folder from iWeb.
It really is not complicated and is just the same as publishing any changes to MMe. Just update and re-publish.

You can't. All sales are final. You cannot get a refund unless the app does not function as described.

If the iPod already has iOS 5 or above you go tro Settings>General>Software Update.
Otherwise you update via iTunes.

How do you get a back of your site back online?

Hello,
I had to nuke and pave my computer to send it in for repair. I thought I backed up everything with Backup, but it looks like my sites in iWeb did not get backup up.
I went to my online Idisk and everything was there. I copied it to my desktop before I did the following:
1. Created a new page from iPhoto 06
2. In iWeb noticed that my other sites were not listed
3. Went to the iDisk and made a back up of the sites folder
4. Pressed publish
Result:
My main page was now the new one and my other site was not there.
I then put all the original files back in place and tried to go to my page.
Result:
Cannot find page.
How the heck do I get my original site back? iWeb should sync with the iDisk and bring all those pages back into iWeb for editing and updating. Does it?
Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

~/Library/Application Support/iWeb has a folder named Doamin.sites and it is required to make edits to your previously published pages.
You can not edit existing pages without that file. iWeb can't import or open html files.

How can other people add files to your site?

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. If you use a MobileGallery from iPhoto to house your photos and videos you can set it up in the settings so visitors can upload items to the gallery via email.

You can them embed the gallery in an iWeb page like this: MobileMe Galleries and Quicktime Movies.
I've not tried emailing a photo to a gallery so can't comment on how well it works.
For photo pages or album pages in iWeb visitors can add comments and attachments, photos, which other visitors can view. How they are added I don't know. Here's what the iWeb Help says about that:

Yes, the linked smart object can be either raster or vector, but they will be placed as raster images, just as the embedded SO are. SO can be embedded or linked to an outside file. Edits to the original will not update in the original until you select "Update modified content from the menu" when you reopen the file that has the place SO in it. otherwise it will update when you save the linked file. Yes, there still is an advantage to having an embedded SO. You may not want to maintain the links - send a file off and forget to include the linked files. You may want to alter the SO, but not the original file.

Voice memos, once correctly synced, will appear under your Music Library. Can you go through your music library to check?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

I am pulling my hair out just trying to find instructions on how to add drums and bass to an acoustic track.
Keep in mind the track was laid down by me with a metronome so it's pretty spot-on; however a small adjustment with the timing needs to be made here and there. So, how do you make these adjustments?

Thanks for your reply. If your meaning my user folder, it is also located on the SSD. But If I understand you correctly, I should put all data files, music, videos, recordings, pictures on the HD. I should use the SSD for installing all programs. For example, Lion OS, iLife, iWork, Recording software, Parallels etc.
The only concern is some of these programs are large. Plus, with Parallels, I have some windows based software to install and this would occupy evenmore SSD space.
Is it possible to copy the Lion OS from the SSD to a partitioned HD? This way I can install Parallels and a Windows OS on one of the 1TB HD partitions. For example, create 3 partitions on the 1TB HD. Use Partition 1 for MacOS parallels and windows OS, Partition 2 for Mac and windows data and Partition 3 for Archivable data.
Does this seem like a logical process? I appreciate your input.

"iOS" is the operating system on handheld Apple devices.
You can either update your device wirelessly from Settings > General > Software update or by connecting to a computer using iTunes. Make a backup to iCloud or iTunes before you do any update, so you can restore it, if something should go wrong. Also, make sure it is connected to a power source, if you update wirelessly.
