How do you view font styles?

I'm using InDesign 2. It has at least a hundred different typefaces available. How does one view them without having to click each one? Is there a web site or book that displays them all? It makes no sense to have to do this endless button-clicking to see the fonts. Any help would be great.

And it was obsolete, at least on Windows, in 2000. You could use the deluxe version (and I did) as a font manager for Windows 2000 or earlier, but it was no longer required fro installing Type 1 fonts.
Even today the font previews in ID are pretty poor. You have a choice between small. medium or large versions of the word "Sample" next to the name of each font. Good enough to tell you if it it serif, sans or script, but not much more. Used to be designers had a basic group of fonts they used all the time, and they memorized them.

How to change header font style in Spark DataGrid?

I'm looking since last week for a way how to change the font style of the header in a Spark DataGrid. It drive me nuts that I can't find a way to do this. Have anyone one an idea how to achieve it? Any help is appreciated.

Hi,
Some styles won't work because some text styles got hardcoded into the DefaultGridHeaderRenderer's Label. You'll run into this issue not just with the DataGrid headers but also things like the Panel's title and other places where we have text. One way to get around this issue is to create your own custom headerRenderer based on the default one and then redefine the headerRenderer skin part in the skin.
First, create a subclass of the DefaultGridHeaderRenderer and tweak the "labelDisplay" to your liking (or even just take out all the styles and style it on your own as you had earlier using your custom header renderer's name). Example below (I named it "CustomHeaderRenderer"):

I know it's not pretty, but it's the result of trading off between having completely custom skinning vs. having knobs to tweak every style. Hope this helps.

Preferences/Compsing/set to Rich Text (only then you can use bold etc).
Then Rightclick the toolbar in Mail, and clcik Customize the toolbar.
Put the icons (with or without text) that you want on your toolbar.

On the Mac you add fonts to the System by double clicking on them, they then get opened in Font Book where you can open/close and organise them.
Most ClipArt offered with other applications is rubbish. Apple has left it to you to source your own, better material. This may help:

Apple has 'Back to my Mac' which could work well, however it is tied into iCloud & frankly makes it a real pain handling passwords to set it up.
I think the Messages application can allow you to request that someone can control the Mac via 'screen sharing' too, but I haven't tried across different OS X versions.

1) You need to have the paid upgrade installed.
2) You need to paste the lyrics into the lyrics tab of a song/album.
3) You need to re-sync the Touch.
4) When playing music, you click on the album cover (in portrait mode only) and the lyrics will superimpose on the screen.

Depends on the site. When on the mobile version of the site, look for a link to their desktop version. If none is offered, it's not possible with Safari.
There are other browsers in the App Store that allow you to change the browser ID to somehting other than Mobile. iCabMobile is one that allows you to set the ID to any one of many browsers, tricking the visited site into thinking you're using a desktop browser, thus automatically displaying the desktop version of the site.

Unfortunately this will require some new programming by Adobe and there's no way to know when that will happen. In the meantime, the only option I think you have available to you is to change your resolution so that your monitor is using fewer pixels per inch.
Kinda blows the whole value of the newer monitor but I suppose you can switch back and forth from low res when you are working in Bridge to high res when you are working in PS.
