How does a Image is linked to a FI Document (via Archivelink)?

For Incoming Invoices, Normally we link to external Image system via Archivelink. Document types are linked to Business Object and thereby the transaction code SOA0.  In general, whenever the document is posted via transaction code the link to the image is establised and event ASSIGNED (of object IMAGE) is generated.
Can anybody confirm my understanding?.
thanks.

hi Bhanu,
Can't find ELEM, all the Object Selection listed are:
R3TR PROG Program
R3TR FUGR Function Group
R3TR CLAS Class
R3TR TABL Table/Structure
R3TR VIEW View
R3TR TTYP Table Type
R3TR DTEL Data Element
And also I don't remember the table to find a query GUID based on the query technical name, what is the table?  When open it, actually opens another query (with _1 added we used to copy to).  You can refer to my previous post about this query: Can't create a new query with an error msg

  • X120e HDMI - 27" LED LCD @ 1920x1080 - how does the image look?

    Hi All,
Since that my X120e is not compatible w/ my Dell 30" DVI-D dual link display, I'm about to invest in a 27" LED LCD w/ HDMI input.  If you're using the X120e on a 27" @ 1920x1080 via HDMI too, may I ask how does the image look to you?
Can people even tell that all that images/video come from a lil' laptop?
I asked cos' as we all agree that X120e's built-in display is a lil' on the weak side, I wonder if this carries onto an external display too or not.  Speaking of which, ever since I downloaded all latest drivers (as late as last night), my X120e's picture quality is now noticeably better, have you guys noticed this too?  And I haven't even used Microsoft's picture calibration software yet cos' last time I used it, all grey areas looked pinkish.
    Thanks.

Yeah, as ColonelONeill said, the picture qualities are independent.
Most likely, if you encounter any picture quality issue on the external, it's going to be due to picture options on that monitor itself (color temperature, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. etc.) that can be adjusted independent of any setting that the computer has.  Any calibration tool software on the PC only adjusts how the data is sent out to the monitor in question.  Hardware + Software calibration tools are considerably more reliable because they can take into account the settings on the monitor itself.  Sadly one can't adjust the laptop's screen's settings itself.
If you're going to use the HDMI connection, don't forget to go into your Catalyst Control Center and adjust the overscan / underscan setting to get the image to fill up your monitor's screen.  AMD sets the overscan / underscan option to default with a slight border around the desktop.  This in turn can cause a sort of blurriness because the pixels on the monitor is not 1:1 to the pixels that the laptop is outputting (1920 x 1080 resolution being fit into a 1820 x 980 resolution with a 50 pixel black border, for example).
P.S. the Overscan / Underscan option only shows up in CCC if you have the device connected through HDMI.

  • How to find Invoice number linked to FI accounting document number ??

    Hello All,
I have been looking around for all possible combinations to find the link between FI accounting document number (BSEG-BELNR) and Intercompany Invoice number (for which billing corr. to STOs' or POs' is done).
The requirement is that during ERS posting, we have accounting document numbers (BSEG-BELNR) and associated STOs' for this (BSEG-EBELN), but we are unable to map the Intercompany Billing Invoice number(s) (where the billing corr. to STOs' obtained from BSEG-EBELN) to this accounting document number (BSEG-BELNR).
Any pointers or detailed view solution would be of great help.
    Thanks,
    Ansh

    Hello DPM,
Thank you for the descriptive help. But my requirement is to look for Intercomapny Billing number (VBRK-VBELN) linked to an accounting document number (BSEG-BELNR) and not Invoice Receipt Number.
The steps that I am following are:
From BSEG, found EBELN (Stock Transfer Order) and XREF3 (Reference Key, combination of fiscal yr., some ref. number, maybe GR no. and ref item no.), based on BELNR (Accounting document number).
From EKBE, found XBLNR (Reference Delivery Number or Direct Intercompany Billing Number on which GR is done) based on
    EKBE - EBELN = BSEG - EBELN
EKBE - BELNR = BSEG - XREF3 (only ref and item no., considering it to be a GR no.)
    EKBE - VGABE = '1' and EKBE - BEWTP = 'E'.
From VBRP, found VBELN (Intercompany Billing No., which is a desired number) based on
VBRP - AUBEL = EKBE -EBELN (Stock Transfer Order)
VBRP - VGBEL = EKBE - XBLNR (Delivery number)
Here, I am not sure about 2 things:
Whether the reference no in BSEG-XREF3 will always be Goods Receipt number for Stock Transfer Order or not. If not, then what it can be and how I will have to proceed further then.
Secondly, If in case for an accounting document number, I have 2 Stock Transfer orders (BSEG - EBELN) and same reference number (BSEG-XREF3), then from History table (EKBE) I get only single delivery based on which GR was doen for both STOs', then I shall be getting single Intercompany Billing Invoice from VBRP or different ?
    Kindly provide your inputs.
    Thanks,
    Ansh

Reason why Justin's code does not work for other days is date format mask DAY returns day blank padded to 9 characters which is the longest day name which, yes you guessed right, is WEDNESDAY. You either need to blank pad or use format modifier FM:

  • How does the image time stamp display /modification vary among Bridge, Photoshop, and PS Element Org

I've noticed some discrepancies between times recorded in my image EXIF data as well as the time displayed with images in Bridge and Photoshop Elements Organizer.  For instance I may have a series of images shot within a few minutes of each other.  After having done some manipulation of a subset of the images and later on showing the sequence in both Bridge and PSE Organizer, I have noticed that the time associated with some of the images has changed.  Bridge and PSE Organizer may actually show times that differ by several hours.  It almost looks like the time is converted from the original camera time to UTC and then possibly back to the time zone where my computer is located.  The pattern is not completely consistent and may depend on what Adobe products have been used to adjust or catalog the images.  I'm looking for a good and complete description of how each product handles the image date and time stamp.  I suspect that there is some inconsistency in how this is done across the products.  I'm currently using Bridge / Photoshop CS6 Extended and Photoshop Elements Organizer 10.0 which were recently upgraded from CS 5 and 8.0 respectively.  I also use Adobe Camera Raw 7.1 to edit the Nikon raw files.  This problem appears to predate the upgrade of my products.

Well, it must be a system-specific bug of some sort that's been introduced, because I was able to create a 4200 x 3500 image made by mapping an image of similar size to a cylinder, and the cylinder would move/rotate in real time.  Of course, I have a completely different video card and system than you do, but I'm just verifying that it's not broken everywhere.
Rendering isn't hugely fast, but that's not unexpected with a larger image.
Maybe being more specific would help.  Is your mesh complex?
Is it something you'd be willing to share online or describe how to create?  I would be happy to try to match what you're doing more thoroughly to see whether I can reproduce the slowdowns.
Beyond that, I'm not sure what to suggest...  You don't have a lot of RAM to be working on 15 megapixel images, but as you say the thing to concentrate on is that you're seeing quite different performance from the Ps CS6 beta version.

  • How does one use Storeit Link to import bulk data on an ipod and how can I use the browser on my PC to connect to the ipod

I figured it out: According to the message I got when pressing the circular arrow icon, I should use the URL http://192.168.1.6:54726 in the browser and import (or use other functions) while the screen is displayed on the iPod.

  • How can I open a link to an xml document with a specific helper application?

I have an html file with links to multiple xml files. When I click on one of these links, I would like Firefox to use an application of my choosing (e.g., Xmetal) to open the xml file. It works great with sgml files, because I was able to associate the "sgml" content with my external application. I can't seem to make the same thing happen for xml files, though.

Many people on this thread have a common problem, how to download documents that have a .XML extension and then be able to view/edit them in Word. The issue is that Firefox does not treat a file it receives with a .XML extension as a download candidate, it just displays the XML in a tree structure in a popup window or a new tab. If there was an option to automatically (by configuration) open a .XML file in Word or even if it was a manual select option, that would solve the problem. Today you have to go through the process of saving the page, then when the popup down window indicates is completed, you use the right mouse to select open, when then takes you to Word (assuming Word is configured in your OS to process .XML files. This process is difficult to teach to non technical people because it error prone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • How to access images on ebay - in particular those marketed via 'Auctiva'

When shopping on ebay, when an image is presented through 'Auctiva', the image is not viewable through Firefox. However, when the same site is accessed via 'Internet Explorer', the images can be viewed. Staff at ebay could understand why there was a problem, but, mentioned something about clearing cookies.

The ! turns up when iPhoto loses the connection between the thumbnail in the iPhoto Window and the file it represents.
WHat version of iPhoto? Assuming 09 or later...
    Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
    If that fails:
    Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In Library Manager it's the FIle -> Rebuild command)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

  • HT2506 How can I insert a link within a PDF document with preview.app in Mavericks

Would like to create a selfmade table of contents that links to the right place in the pdf document

  • How does one print selected pages of a PDF document

I deal a lot with lengthy PDF documents and always need to print just a few pages from it. In Windows after I selected Print I could choose certain pages (e.g. 2-5,18,23, 44-46). On Leopard every time I select Print I don't get a choice and the whole document prints, wasting a lot of time, ink and paper in the process. I followed instructions from the Help file but I never get to the expanded menu that would give me that choice.
Also, when printing from the web I am used to highlight what I wanted printed and click Print, then Selection. The only way I get it to print just what I want is by using the Grab program, capturing the selection and printing from it. Is there an easier way?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated as I make my transition from Windows XP to Leopard a smoother transition. Thank you.

Open the document. On the left of the document there should be a scrolling list of the pages of the document. Select the first page. Hold down the 'Command' key. While the 'Command' key is pressed down, select another page from that list. Repeat until you have selected all the pages you want to print. Select 'Print' from the 'File' menu. The Print dialog box which shows up should say that you want to print 'x' pages, where 'x' is the number of pages you have selected. Click on 'Print'. The pages you have selected will print.

  • How does Ejb maintain relationship

How does EJB maintain a link between the EJBRemoteObject,EJBHome and
    the EJBClass
and why does EJBClass implements SessionBean and the rest of the classes extend a paticular classes.
    What is their relation.

EJBRemoteObject (or EJBObject) and EJBLoclaObject are interfaces that user can use to access an object. If you use remote object user can access the object remotely. Local object can be accessed remotely only via another session bean that locates in the JVM of local bean and implements remote interface.
The EJBHome and EJBLocalHome are factories of objects. User uses them like:
    UserHome userHome = JNDI.getRootContext().getObject("EJB/UserBean").narrow(UserHome.class);
    User user = userHome.create("Andreas", "Papandreas");
    user.setRole("admin");
// here UserHome is interface extending EJBHome
// here User is interface extending EJBObject
// User looks like EntityBeanEJBClass that implement SessionBean or EntityBean are abstract classes. They will be extended by application server. The application server creates stubs for client JVM as well. These subs marshall data to EJBClass on server. You may override some methods in EJBClass, for example initializing some fields on object creation. Setters and getters (required in entity beans) remain abstract in the EJBClass, they are left for application server implementation.

Transfer Rules: How does the mapping work?
Is there a document out there that explains the following or can someone help clarify it for me. I have some confusion on what is really going on.

    a) <b>Under “Transfer_Structure/Transfer_Rules”</b> in the InfoSource
    1)  the “Transfer Rules” tab, what are the fields found in the right column (Assigned InfObjct-field)? And where do the fields you enter in the left column (<b>Communication Str/</b>Transfer rules) eventually go?
    2)  the “DataSource /Trans. Structure” tab, can I always assume that all the fields in the right column (DataSource) came from DS_Test? The left column (Transfer Structure), in my test was exactly the same as on the right. Where do these fields eventually go?
    b) Under “<b>Communication_Struct.”,</b> in the InfoSource
    3. the right column (ISource Fileds) where from those InfoObjects. if I am now creating my InfoSource. Where did they come from?
    4. The left column is “<b>Communication Structure</b>”, which at this point has no InfoObjects, if I move a couple of InfoObjects from the right to the left, where do these Objects in the left eventually go?
    5. what is the relationship between the “Communication Structure” in 4 and 1? Or any relationship between a) and b) as a whole?
    Thanks.

    Hi Caud,
As Ashish pointed out, communication structure contains fields (infoobjects) that suppose to go to data targets. Which IO in CS to which IO in the data target will go (and what transformation of data may occur) is determined in URs of the data target.
The transfer structure is the structure in which the data is transported from the source system into BW:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_bw33/helpdata/en/3f/0e503c3c0d563de10000000a114084/frameset.htm
In “Transfer_Structure/Transfer_Rules” in the IS, DataSource /Trans. Structure” tab, right part shows fields in the Datasource, the left part – fields in the transfer structure. There is also a transfer structure in R/3 for a given DS. Transfer structure in BW is created identical to the TS in R/3 during TRs activation.
During data load data are transferred 1:1 from TS in R/3 to TS in BW.
TS in BW corresponds to the PSA table structure.
How data from PSA are transferred to the CS is determined in TRs.
The 3rd column (“Field”) (“Transfer Rules” tab, right part (Assigned InfObjct-field)), contains field names of the DS (TS); and the 1st column shows IO in the CS to which the DS field will go. So, it’s a mapping DS filed -> CS field.
The left part (“Communication str./Transfer rules”) is always identical to the CS content. But the 4th column (“Tp”) shows possible data transformation during transfer from PSA to CS. If this column contains a yellow triangle then there is no transformation (Value of DS field will go to value of CS field). If there is a red cross, it means that no data for this CS field is supplied from a DS. You can click on this yellow triangle and choose: 1). Another field from a DS; 2). Constant; 3). ABAP routine; 4). Formula. So, here you can determine the data transformation. Moreover, there is a possibility to create a start routine (blank sheet icon at the top).
And finally, here are the answers on your questions:
    Q:
    a)     Under “Transfer_Structure/Transfer_Rules” in the InfoSource
    1) the “Transfer Rules” tab, what are the fields found in the right column (Assigned InfObjct-field)? And where do the fields you enter in the left column (Communication Str/Transfer rules) eventually go?
A: Right part shows a mapping between DS and CS fields. Left part shows CS fields and data transformation (TRs) during data transfer from TS (PSA) to the CS. These are fields in the CS that will go to data target and which are fed from a TS (DS).
Q: 2) the “DataSource /Trans. Structure” tab, can I always assume that all the fields in the right column (DataSource) came from DS_Test?
    A: Yes, you are right.
Q: The left column (Transfer Structure), in my test was exactly the same as on the right. Where do these fields eventually go?
A: As I described, left and right parts are identical. These fields will go to CS.
    Q: b) Under “Communication_Struct.”, in the InfoSource
    3. the right column (ISource Fileds) where from those InfoObjects. if I am now creating my InfoSource. Where did they come from?
A: these are fields from an IS template, the name of this template you can see above this right part.  Actually, during IS (CS) creation you can choose different templates and choose fields from them transferring them into the left part.
Q: 4. The left column is “Communication Structure”, which at this point has no InfoObjects, if I move a couple of InfoObjects from the right to the left, where do these Objects in the left eventually go?
A: these are fields of CS (left part) and as I said before they will go to data target.
Q: 5. what is the relationship between the “Communication Structure” in 4 and 1? Or any relationship between a) and b) as a whole?
A: CS in 4 just shows IOs that will be transferred to data target. CS in 1 also shows how values for CS IOs are to be fed and transformed.
    Best regards,
    Eugene
