How does one move a scanned document from the scanner to the SD card?

I use a DELL laptop, plus the DELL All in One printer Model 922. I can scan something but then I would like to place it on my card for viewing on my TX. I do scan it as a picture. Is there any other way? Is there another application I should be looking for?

If you scan it as a picture, just HotSync it over using Palm Desktop and the Media button in the left side column.
If your scanner can do "OCR" (Optical Character Recognition) you might be able to scan it as a Word document and then use Docs2Go to transfer it.
I'd suggest upping the scan resolution a bit to give you the option of enlarging the image on your TX. While viewing the picture, press the UP direction on the 5-way pad to Zoom In on the picture.

I began by following this set of instructions, but was never able to get beyond Step 1:

Problem I have is when I click either "Printer" or "Page Setup," I get this message:
"The Page Setup dialog box is provided by the operating system. To ensure that you can use the full print capabilities of Acrobat, please set all print options from the Application print dialog box. Do you want to continue?"
In short, I never see anything that reads "Fax PDF."

I am using Thunderbird 31 with an IMAP server (one that I control) and I'm wanting to move some emails from one IMAP folder to another (within the same account) which works just fine, but I noticed that tags are not retained. Is there a way to copy/move emails without losing tags?

I think there are some misunderstood.
I do not suggest to "Switch" devices.
I suggest the safest way how you can do it.
Connect device, where you have needed Address Book, buckup it (only Address Book)
Then connect second device and just recover Address Book, after from Second device you can delete not needed contact.
I have 6 devices for separate issue and in all of them same contact, with small changes

Is there a way to export Policy Set and Policy definitions from a development server and import into a production server?

Not really, the only thing that you may be able to do is replicate the development server LiveCycle database (as this is where the policy set and policy information is stored) and use it for the production system. remember all domains, ussers etc would have to be the same between development and production as the policy sets and policies contain users.
The safest thing to do would be to re-create the policy sets and policies (from scratch) on the Production server.

That's how it's supposed to work, you can't stop it. If this isn't what you want you should get yourself a POP based email account.

This is our resident iPhoto guru, Terence Devlin's, advice:
You can move your iPhoto Library to an external or secondary internal disk:
1. Quit iPhoto
2. Copy the iPhoto Library Folder as an entity from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.

Sounds like you are using Gmail.
Pages 5 uses a zipped package of files as its format. 3rd party servers don't understand the format and show it as the component parts.
Use Mail toenail the file or zip the .pages document before sending.

To remove Audiobooks depending on the type of Audiobook ie a series of mp3 files you will find under music and probably have to deselect the album name to remove it. I don't have any of these as I download from Audible or I use Audiobook Builder to stictch together mp3 files into m4b files. To find these Click on Books you will immediately see a section for books (in reality ebooks). Scroll down past that and you will see Audiobooks where you can select and deselect. Deselect the required Audiobooks and Click Sync

Set up a custom email for the printer through the HPConnected.com website for your printer. For information on how to setup ePrint click here.
Get the Scan-to-Email app for the Photosmart 5520 through the HPConnected website
Set up this feature and it will provide you the ability to scan a document and email it from the customized email for the printer

Although there is not a way to remove past purchases from your iTunes account completely, you can hide them so that you don't have to see them if you don't want to. This article will help you do that:
iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases - Apple Support
Hide your purchases
Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
From the Store menu, choose Store > Sign In, and then enter your Apple ID and password.
Go to the iTunes Store.
Click Purchased from the Quick Links section on the right side of the iTunes Store.
Choose a content type by clicking Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, or Books from the top of the window.
A list of your purchased items for the content type you are viewing will appear. Mouse over the item you want to hide until an X appears its top-left corner.

I was using pages in my ipad. Then I bought a Mac Pro and signes with a new iCloud account. In order to sync it with my ipad I deleite the previous iCloud account from the divise and started it with the new account. I previously choose to keep all the documenta before deleten the account.

You'll need to copy the Pages documents from the old iCloud account to the new one. To do this, go to iCloud.com from your Mac and sign into the old account. Launch Pages beta and confirm that your documents are still there. Assuming they are, select them, then click the gear icon on the menu bar and choose Download Documents and choose the Pages format. This will download copies of the documents to your Mac. Drag the downloaded documents to your desktop and double-click on them to extract them from the .zip files. Next, sign out on iCloud.com and sign back into your new iCloud account. Launch Pages beta in the new account, then drag and drop the documents from your desktop to the Pages beta window to upload them to the new account. You can now access the documents from devices signed into your new account.

Have you tried applying the update by going to Help>Updates within Photoshop Lightroom? The update should be using the same licensing? Did you perhaps customize the installation location? Finally which operating system are you using?
