How does one quit classic mode?

Running the OS described on my profile I have been attempting to run some old classic apps. Not only do they take forever to load but then they don't even run. Nothing at all shows up on my screen so I can't even go to Special and Shut down OS 9. My question is how am I to get out of classic mode. I can only think that is what is taking me to a crawl yet I cannot get out of it without doing a complete shutdown and restart. Does classic not work well with 10.4.11?

Classic should work purr-r-r-r-fectly well in all iterations of Tiger. With Classic not running, if I dbl-klik an OS 9 app Classic launches and the app is up and running in 11 seconds. Start a new thread and ask for some troubleshooting help.
BTW, if you want to, you could use the System Preferences "Classic" pane to make Classic 'sleep' after a few minutes of inactivity. With no OS 9 app running, Classic will then use no CPU cycles, but an OS 9 app will launch instantly.
As ~Bee told you, have the Classic icon in your menubar.

Check Safari/Preferences/Passwords to see if the Facebook account is there. If so, select it and remove it. If you are still having problems, Safari/Preferences/Advanced - enable the Develop menu, then go there and Empty Caches. Quit/reopen Safari and test. If that doesn't work, Safari/Reset Safari.

Just reboot your laptop... While its rebooting try to reboot your phone also by holding the home and power buttonn for 10-15 seconds...When your phone is turned off try to connect it to iTunes and it will recognize your phone in recovery mode.
If you have the .ipsw file for iOS 7.0.6 saved in your desktop then in itunes press shift and click on Restore.
Select the ipsw file and let it restore.
If you dont have it downloaded then simply click on restore.

Depends on your code. If your site uses Server-side Includes, it's quite possible the footers are in a separate file in your site folder such as footer.php or footer.incl, or footer.html.
If that's the case here, you need a local testing server to see them in your parent page.

As stated, completely exit pst (don't just leave the app) and then activate airplane mode. Then open PST and change your cloud sync option to "off". Once you deactivate airplane mode, you should be able to open PST again without the crash. Iirc, I had to work at opening PST and accessing my settings very quickly or it would still crash before opening the settings page. Unfortunately, we have to completely forget about cloud sync until the bug is fixed. Save any image files back to the ios camera roll to share with other apps or upload elsewhere.

If the App supports that, it would be in the Print dialog. Otherwise, copy and paste the section into something else to print.
The OS doesn’t render pages to print, the App does. The App must support rendering the selection.
You can create an Automator workflow that automates the copy/paste/print/quit functions.
Just create an new Automator Service and make it look like this:

Probably for a long time. Occasionally, there will be a hiccup or a glitch, and closing then reopening the app usually fixes it. If not, then a restart or a reset might. GB has two "modes": In "musical time" the units of the timeline are bars and beats, in "real time", they're seconds. You can switch between them by clicking the clock/note symbols near the play button.

The newest version of GPU Liquify now obeys the Photoshop preference "Show crosshair in brush tip" under cursors. Check this on in your prefs and you should be good to go.Non-GPU mode always has the crosshairs.
The cursor ring was also improved to be thinner and less jagged. Also the crosshair size was reduced. Red rubylith was added to see the drag changes in density on vertical drags. Enjoy.

HOW DOES ONE HAVE B.T. BROAD BAND & TELEPHONE !!

My argument starts with b.t. Broadband and phone, question how does one have broad band and phone if you have never ordered it in the first place, No modem means No broadband,No engineer,No Activation codes , No one has visited my home so No installation is this true !!. Yes I think so, can some one put my brain to rest.
Right I will start from the beginning back in November 2010 I called b.t. Sales and made an enquiry about getting broadband and a telephone package installed,so then this guy in sales said i would have to set a D/D up and he would have to do a credit check on me,but i told him their was a problem ,as i did not have enough money in my bank account to set another D/D up,he then informed me he would keep the enquiry active for seven days,after this time the enquiry would be scrapped,so i never thought anymore about it,then 2 months later b.t. have started billing me, the first bill was for £130.44 the next bill was for £223.31 & to cap all that they have now instructed a debt collection company to collect £365.98 within 7 days or else,i also asked b.t. what date did & time the instalation engineer had called to my home,and the date the package with the modem was delivered ,because you have to sign for this item i was told by the royal mail.
Then this Saturday 25/6/2011 a woman from b.t.residential telephoned me to apologise and the matter was now closed,and they were sorry for setting this account up in the first place, next thing the same woman rang me back one hour later and said b.t. would be pursuing this matter and i should contact the debt collection ageny, i refused to pay and told her to take me to court,she also said that their were notes attached to the file and a recording made of my conversation with b.t.and me ,i asked for a copy but she asked for £10. 99 plus vat to which i refused and that stated that i had placed and order for b.t. broadband,i then said i will be seeking advice from a solicitor and would see them in court.

The next thing for you to do is collate all your evidence and contact ofcom. You called BT to enqire and not take up the order so therefore ask BT to provide you with a list of account of when you called them, you have a legal right under the data protection act etc to access your data however you may have to pay a fee of £2 to £10 for your records. Also ask for a copy of the voice recordings and or transcripts too because all calls are recorded and monitored for training purposes right!
In any complaint, make sure you can remember the dates and times of call and also names, who did you speak to today??

How does one redo a 8GB ipod? My neice has one and lock it with a password and now password dosen't work and/or she forgot it! It give message ipod is diable! connect to Itunes! Apple did not do anything to solve this problem, they said I shoud apply to ITunes which I did. However, ITunes in Belgium does not even have a customer friendly call center, and they reply with standard info if you apply by e-mail which have no relevance to my problem. As I do not have hours to spend on the phone, I tasked my secretary to call Itunes many times. In the end, she found someone to look into the matter which took months.
Simultaneously, I applied to VISA through my bank for fraud investigation. I had to cancel my credit card. In the end, VISA paid my money back and they said they will deal with ITunes. I received a new credit crad from VISA with a new number. I tried to use this new card in the ITunes but ITunes did not accept my card because in their system my name has been registered as if I have commited the fraud! This was again outrageus! I have complained about this to both Belgium and the USA Apple/ITunes, but no satisfactory answer was given. I am now using my wife's credit card to buy smth I want in ITunes. But because of my very unpleasant experience I am not buying much on ITunes store. I am also considering to quit Apple all together. This is unfortunate because I have been an apple fan until I had this experience.

Sounds like you are using Gmail.
Pages 5 uses a zipped package of files as its format. 3rd party servers don't understand the format and show it as the component parts.
Use Mail toenail the file or zip the .pages document before sending.
