How does price list synch "With Parent Objects" option works?

In the price list sych there is a option called "With Parent Objects".
What's the point of this option?

Hi David,
This option will synch prices when the parent object synchs, that means when the item synchs, the item price will synch and when the business partner synchs, the special pricing will synch.
This is the recommended method.
Otherwise, all pricing synchs with every synch.

Hi,
In SPAU you will get with modification assistence. just expand the subtree, and follw standard process .
This is to retain the enhancement. If there are any data dictionary related correction go to SPDD.

For a multithreaded server you will need a thread to listen and at least one thread per client. If the conversation is half duplex, one thread per client works very well, if it's full duplex you will find one thread to send and one to receive much easier to program.
I posted a Simple Socket Server that uses 1+2*clients threads.

Ok, sorry about the vague question. My concern is centered around a new camera purchase ( Nikon D810 ) which produces huge files. I shoot in RAW and never use lossless compression only uncompressed RAW because of my conservative nature . But now it looks like I will be using Lossless compressed to help deal with the file size. So the question was based on fears of data lost. Thanks for the replies, and they confirm what I already suspected. So now I can feel confident using lossless compression.

Windows 7 (64 bit), BT Broadband. How does BTYahoo Mail synchronise with mail in LiveMail or Outlook? I ask because in my case incoming emails to Outlook (and previously to Windows Live Mail) are also recorded in the BT Yahoo Mail inbox. However the mail in the Sent box are not recorded on BTYahoo Mail. Neither are sub accounts mail in Inbox or Outbox in Outlook shown in Bt Yahoo Mail. Is this normal or do I have to change something to keep BT Yahoo Mail in step?

It sounds like you have your email set up as Pop. This only pulls emails down from the Inbox of the acct. It doesn't upload emails up to the server. That would need the acct to be set up on Outlook as IMAP. Unfortunately, I don't know the details for that, but one of the fine folk on here will be able to provide those for you. I'm not sure if yahoo has it's domain details set up so you can automatically set it up as Imap by letting outlook create an IMAP acct on there, never having tried it. If it does, it will just be a case of creating the email address again automatically, selecting IMAP rather than Pop when creating. You may also need to select IMAP as being allowed to be used within the settings on yahoo mail, but as I said other folk can provide a lot more cogent information with regard to the yahoo element than I can.
With regard to the sub-accounts showing on Outlook but not in the webmail, they would have their own webmail inboxes, which don't show when not logged into them. They would be showing on Outlook becuase the relevant email has been set up on there.

Isn't Outlook simply an email client or a software application on a computer? You can add an email account - whatever email provider that you use - right on the iPad. You can sync your Outlook contacts and calendar if that is what you are asking about, but Outlook itself has nothing to do with the iPad.

How to start a systemd with certain configuration options?

I do not understand what wiki page at arch that can help me to understand how I can start a daemon with certain configuration options. I know I can start with
# systemctl enable unit
, but for example, if I whanted to start "xboxdrv" with the option [--mimic-xpad-wireless --silent], or any other custom options I might need. I presume it can be done simple by dropping a .conf file somewhere, but I do not follow what wiki page that adress this - if it at all is possible?

I tried to copy the whole xboxdrv.service and replace the ExecStart, and also only with ExecStart, like this:

ExecStart= ExecStart = /usr/bin/xboxdrv -D -c /etc/default/xboxdrv --mimic-xpad-wireless --silent
The drop in examples above is in: /etc/systemd/system/xboxdrv.service.d/override.conf
Reatarting
I then made sure the new .conf file was loaded by:
# systemctl daemon-reload
# systemctl restart xboxdrv
# system status xboxdrv
Result
In both cases, the service fails to restart and I recive this error
xboxdrv.service has more than one ExecStart= setting, which is only allowed for Type=oneshot services. Refusing.
Anyone know how I can start "xboxdrv" with my custom options "--mimic-xpad-wireless --silent" using this drop in function for systemd?

Help has arrived to assist you with getting those contacts on both your devices. The Verizon cloud service is definitely a great tool to use and you can also use Apple iCloud as well. When you sign into the Verizon cloud on your iPad does it give an option or message to restore?

How to create list items with multiple attachment files using rest api javascript

In one of user form I am using javascript rest api to create a list item with multiple attachment files. So far I am able to create list item and once created uploading an attachment file. But this is two step process first create an item and then upload
a file.
It create an additional version of the item which is not desired. Also I am not able find a way to attach multiple files in a go. Following is the code I am using.

But this does not solve the core of the issue. You are uploading attachments after creation of item and multiple files are being attached in loop. This is kind of iterative update to an existing item with attachments. This will end up creating multiple versions.
What I am trying to achieve is to create an item along with multiple attachments in a go. No item updates further to attach a file.
Please suggest how this can be done in one go. SharePoint does it when one creates an item with multiple attachment.

Why does my IPOD synch with my laptop and not my desktop?

I have tried since Christmas Day to get my Daughter's IPOD to synch with my desktop, with no success. I took it to the local Apple Store and they said they restored it and it should work fine. When I tried to connected it again, it still did not work. I put in a new USB 2.0 PCI card, and still had no success. I decided at that point to try and synch it with my laptop which worked. It only has 1.1 USB ports; Both machines are running XP SP2; I can see no other reasons why it shouldn't synch with the desktop. Can any suggest a hint or a fix. My Daughter is starting to lose her patience, that I can't have!!!!!!

How much free space is available on your iPod? Head to Settings -> General -> About. How much is listed under Available?
Have you tried restoring your iPod from a previous backup in iTunes? If so, what about factory defaults new iPod?
