How does solutions knowledge base works?

Hi Experts,
I created a new solutions knowledge base for item A and then i created a new service call for the item A also, but then when i clicked the button Recommend in the solutions tab in the service module the solutions knowledge base i just created for item A is not appearing in the recommendations list.
Anyone can guide me how this solutions knowledge base works in the service module.

It will import data object stored in memory under named fields to your custom data object fieldlist .
The table which it is stored is name stxfcontr under RELID (memory area) SF .
Cluster key (key of the entry) in that table is behind var l_fullname

There is one point I don't understand very well. When you say "there has been some business between CC2 and CC3", do you mean CC3 is a partner cc of CC2?
Maybe my problem is easier. Imagine I have a group of cc in the last level of the hierarchy
cc1, cc2... cc5
I need a new key figure (apart from 0Balance) for each cc that shows the balance of the internal operations, I mean for example, CC1 has CC2 and CC3 as partner cost centers. Then I need for each cc the quantity produced by their partner cost centers.
Example
CC1 CC2 CC3...
Balance | New KYF
100.000 | 50.000 <-- internal operation: sum of CC2, CC3
Any information about how to do it would be great.

Yes, it is possible. 1 apple ID can be associated with up to 10 devices.

Try the following to fix the iTunes Can't Connect issue that you are having:
Open Settings.
Open General.
Open Date & Time.
Switch the Set Automatically setting to Off.
Open Set Date & Time.
Set the date to a year ahead.
Go back to the Home screen and open Passbook.

How does the new Iphone work with Ford Sync? I was thinking of purchasing the 4s but may go elsewhere if there is a better phone for the equipment in my vehicle.

That would be a NO.. I should have done my homework before I switched to IPhone because the Bluetooth just does not want to sync with my Ford Truck. Its such an inconvience. But I see from other posts that Ford isn't the only car experiencing problems. So Hopefully Apple fixes this problem QUICKLY!

I have found links to the the knowledge base document "how to use knowledge base keywords" online but all the links lead to a dead end. The document number is 75178, and explains the use of prefixes in the knowledge base keyword search. Has anyone any info on where this page is or if it still exists?
