How does this error message come?

Question

Hi, I've installed weblogic 7.0 & workshop in my machine, but when I've
started WebLogic Workshop Examples Server, it always reports the following
error message, again and again:
<2002-7-19 09:12:22> <Error> <HTTP> <101083> <Connection failure
java.net.SocketException: ReadFile failed: Specified network name cannot be
reused? (error 64, fd 2724)
at weblogic.socket.NTSocketMuxer.initiateIO(Native Method)
Maybe not exactly the same as above, because I don't know what is it in
English, since it's reported in Chinese.
Other servers are all ok except this one.
Can someone tell me how to solve it?

I have this problem too! But just can't find where it comes from? If I look at
process there is only one Java process. So there is only one WebLogic running.
Just to give another examples here trace on a french machine with HTTP error too
(101083)

same port numbers? Use "netstat -a" and look carefully at the port numbers
being used.
