it started on netflix im not sure about anything else but the video doesnt line up with the audio

Note that Netflix uses Silverlight and not Flash, so you need to check the Silverlight settings.

AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FIRST TAB (INTERNET CONNECTION) IT DOES SAY "SHARE A PUBLIC IP" WHEN I LOOK AT THAT SETTING - I COULD CLICK INSTEAD BRIDGE MODE OFF, OR DISTRIBUTE A RANGE OF IP ADDRESSES. BUT FOR NOW THE ONE THAT IT IS ON IS THE SHARE A PUBLIC IP.

Between that drop down and the tabs should be the info on how it connects to the Modem.
It may list that Puiblic IP.
It may list another LAN IP (one from the Modem)
Does it start 192.168....
Or 172.16 (or up to 172.32....)
Or possibly another 10.... number ?
If the modem is issuing IPs to the LAN there are two things that can effect things
One is the fact the computer gets two IPs (even though the mac can only display one)
And If you used Port Forwarding in the Modem the Place (IP/Computer or device) that it was pointing to may not be the Airport Base Station any more.

Right now I'm editing some work for a friend and the audio on all his footage is beyond horrible. Its too loud and all distorted. I've tried messing with all the audio filters I have from FCP Studio and I can't seem to make it decent. I know I cant get it perfect but when the audience starts to clap or laugh, it hurts my ears. I play around with the hum remover filter the most and I still cant achieve decent audio. I'll be using close to nothing of the audio from the camera but there are three speechs that are important.

You can't. Once the audio is distorted in a digital recording it's gone. There is no way to salvage the distortion. It's just clipped. You can reduce the level to make it less painful, but there is no way to recover the sound that has been clipped.

If you go to System Preferences->Keyboard look at how your Use all F1, F2 etc, keys is set. If it is checked then to use the volume keys you need to press the fn key. If you want it use the volume keys without also pressing fn then uncheck it.

CS3 How do I fix inconsistent audio levels?

With cs3 I'm creating a montage with video and pics. The audio from the video clips i'm using isn't the greatest. I'm having a hard time getting the audio to match the level of the song playing in the background. As each video clip fades in as I lower the audio level of the background song but its a harsh difference between the 2. Is there any fix to muffeled voices in the video in clips? Is there a set standard for the audio levels that would smooth it all out. I set my Audio Levels by ear, and by hand, with a little watching the meters. This ARTICLE will give you two methods, and explain the differences.
I am much less a fan of Normalize, as I find that it seldom does exactly what I want, and often really raises any noise floor, while not having the desired effect for the other Audio. Also, this ARTICLE might be helpful for cleaning up Audio.

When I turn on the MacBook Pro laptop, I opened up the Safari Browser and its when the problem started. It was stuck on an loading infinite loop. I decided to force quit the application and/or turn off the mac by the Menu options, It did not work. So I did a "Hard" Shut-down and restarted the Mac, the Boot up screen stood gray for like a minute until the Flashing ? Folder icon showed up!.
My sister's laptop's warranty is expired so I wonder how can I fix it without having to spend too much money on a simple troubleshooting tip.
How can I download/create a boot-up Disk/Flash Drive so I can reset it to factory settings?
I cannot access the laptop because It's kind-of software bricked if you ask me. Also, I do not know how to check the Mac OS version outside of the "About Mac" menu. I do have another Mac which is a desktop computer with a CD drive.

If I start up my MacBook Pro, It will have the flashing question mark folder UNLESS i plug in the OS-Boot flash drive. When I at the desktop screen and work on a program, When I unplug the Flash drive, THE OS WILL CRASH AS IF I TOOK it's soul (OS x Lion) out of the body (MacBook Pro Laptop)
this is frustrating because when I did the INTERNET RECOVERY, When I install OS x Lion, the Flash Drive only show up as an option as opposed to the HDD.
