The live record should be start automatically on each call.
Is it possible ?

Which plugin is used for those streams?
Your More system details list shows the WMP plugin and the Flash plugin as commonly used plugins to play streams.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If you want to create droplet there is a way but also you have and other options using Bridge and Image Processor Pro.
To create droplet first record action with Save command.
In Create Droplet dialog for Destination choose Folder then click on Choose button below and navigate to folder where you want to save processed images.
Check Override Action "Save As" Commands.
In File Naming section choose: Document Name, then type _bw in the second text field and lastly choose: extension from third drop-down. Second drop-down you can retype whatever is currently there.
This should work but there is option in Adobe Bridge: Tools > Batch rename to add _bw suffix to any number of selected photos.
Another option is to use Image Processor Pro (Dr Brown Services) which works with selected files in Bridge or with entire folder.

How can a session be setup between two MacBook Pro's at different locations on high speed Internet connections, be setup to have a live recording session in Logic?

My partner and I live on opposite sides of the valley here in Phoenix. About 50 miles apart one way. We are Musicians and are working on a commercial for television, and would like to know if there is a way, between FaceTime and Logic, that we can configure our MacBook Pro's to record sessions together without having to be at the same house? When we FaceTime, he can hear my keyboard through his headphones, but we can't seem to get the signal routed into Logic and register to a track when its record enabled. Is there a way for us to save gas, and record at seperate locations, so he can engineer me and I can engineer him, while we build this project in Logic and Final Cut? Here is what we are using, we have nearly identicle setups, which was planned so we might be able to do something like this. Both of us are using Mid 2012 15" MacBook Pro's with 2.6GHz Intel i7 processors and 16GB RAM. The only difference between the two MacBooks is that his has an Optical Drive, but I removed mine and replaced it with a 2nd SSD Drive, so I have two Samsung 840 Pro's each with 512GB in my MacBook Pro. His just has one Samsung 840 Pro with 512GB. We both use Focusrite Saffire Liquid 56 Firewire Audio Interfaces, and we both use Logic Studio 9 Academic. I don't know if you need to know what we are using in order to help us figure out how to configure the MacBooks for a live session, so I figured I would give you those details just in case. If you need any more information, just let me know? Oh, we both have high speed cable Internet connections. Mine is 150Mbps speed which is the absolute fastest I can get in my area. And his is only a 50Mbps speed line.
Again, what we are looking to do is have a LIVE recording session, in Logic, with him at his house and me at my house. When we FaceTime each other, we can pretty much hear each others keyboards as if they were part of the conversation, and as crystal clear as we can hear our own when recording, but we can't seem to record enable an Audio track in Logic and route that keyboard signal into Logic and record it so we can engineer each other without either one of us having to drive to the others house, to be there to do it. If any of this even makes sense, I'm not quite sure how to better explain it. So hopefully you get what I mean, otherwise just say so, and I will try to do a better job explaining it. :-)
Anyone who can help us with this little problem would be greatly appreciated, and quite a hero in these two humble Musicians Worlds!! So from both of us, THANK YOU in advance for any input you might be able to give us. I look forward to hearing any and all suggestions.

You and ALOT of people are attempting to do this, myself included.
Unfortunately at this point (to my knowledge) it's a pretty CRAP setup involved that will likely leave you frustrated.
HOWEVER:
A few things CAN be done:
IF you are getting live audio from your partner over the internet, you can re-direct that audio directly into Logic using a program called SoundFlower.
There are a few alternatives to SoundFlower, like JackTrip, and.....(the name eludes me)
(SoundFlower is from a company called Cyling 74 who also makes Max MSP. )
Once in Logic, you set your audio inputs to the track to be Soundflower. (either 16 inputs, or in this case 2)
That all being said, regardless to speed, you are still going to experience latency in the connection, and THAT is the part that will likely drive you to the mad house.
THIS all being said, I believe there are websites out there that are set up to actually do this kind of thing, (at least there WERE) but likely membership costs, and other "hidden" problems that you only learn about after you have signed on the dotted line. (Hopefully I am wrong?)
If you don't need to do a "live jam", there are always solutions like DropBox that work very well for exchanging large files quickly.
If you want to record live MIDI input from his keyboard, I am unaware of any solutions for this.
Due to the popularity of the iPad, you might want to look into the App store, and see if there is something available.

I am considering buying a new MAC laptop to run LOGIC for composition and band live/recording, but which one is best as I do not want to spend too much money? Does it have a line in and how do you monitor sound? Will I need adaptors and a interface?

How do I record live drums only while bassist plays along?

If the bassist is going direct into the mixer or the interface, how can i record a live drum track while the bassist plays, but is not recorded, yet heard by himself and the drummer ?

Here's my equipment:
A mixer the drummer borrowed
Tascam USB-144
The 144 only allows two (2) instruments/mics, etc . . .
So we mic'd the individual instruments of the drumkit up , ran it through a mixer into the interface, then into GB
The bassist had an amp w/a line out
we could not find a way to get it to where
1 .The bassist could hear himself & the drummer
2. THe drummer could hear himself & the bassist
3. They both could be playing simultaneously, but only the drums get recorded
Any configuration we did, it seems like they both would wind up getting recorded on the single track in GB
Please advise

Your comment It doen’t matter whether he/she is recording the audio from the macbook or any external speakers because if the room is noisy than obviously the ambient room noise will be recorded. is pretty silly really. Think about what you just wrote.

How to live WITHOUT pause record rewind? Easy- Jus...

We upgraded to Infinity and switched to BT Vision about a month ago relinquishing our precious Sky+ box. We didn't subscribe to any premium packages with Sky, just used the box with Freeview channels. But we resented paying Sky £10 pm for the privilege so we were on the verge of cancelling with them and buying a Humax hdd outright when we saw all the adverts for the wonderful new service from BT Vision.
The ordering process was easy, the installation engineer came when they said he would and full of anticipation we switched on.
What a disappointment!
The interface is ungainly and takes twice as long to get anywhere.
You can't decide to start recording a whole program halfway through through watching it from the beginning
The pause mode takes up half the screen
My eyesight's not 20/20 vision but even with glasses the point size of the text on a 32 inch screen is ridiculously small
The system freezes on pause
The system freezes on rewind
The system freezes on fast forward
The system reboots itself whilst you're in the middle of watching something
And most annoyingly of all....( as if all of that wasn't enough) it FAILS TO RECORD - we must have had half a dozen failed recording at least in the last couple of weeks.
And the box has very nearly gone through the window as a result.
I can see on these forums that BT are acknowledging glitches but
I. When exactly will they be resolved
2. If I can't get a resolution date can I get my money back as I am certainly not getting the service I signed up for ?

"Enable auto recording" question

When I turn off "Enable auto recording" in the recording
options dialog, then start recording, captivate still grabs screens
when i type on the keyboard. How do i disable auto recording
completely? I want to be the only one capturing screens, with no
intervention from captivate. I am capturing activity in a standard
dos window - typing in commands, hitting enter etc. Captivate seems
to capture all that activity. I dont want it to.

You need to also uncheck "Record Keystrokes" (and sub-menus)
in "Options > Recording Options > Recording Options (tab)".
Then open the "Full Motion Recording" tab and disable
"Automatically Use Full Motion Capture For Drag And Drop
Operations".
Also, on the "Recording Options" tab, on the "Recording Mode"
selection, open "Edit Settings" and de-select automatically adding
"Text Captions" and "Highlight Boxes" (for mouse-clicks).

I have one question how to set up automatically payment for the Rent Office purchase Order?
There is the requirement from the client. They want to create one kind of purchase order for the Office Rent, then pay the fees in the certain time of every month to the vendor for the rent fees without any invoice. Whatu2019s the normal solution for this kind of purchase order? Is it ERS? Or something else?
Please give me the details and business flow. Also please tell me how to setup in the SAP and T-code.

Either you can set up ERS or you can pay directly from the FI side.
Prerequisites
Evaluated receipt settlement must be flagged in the purchase order item.
The vendor must be flagged as being subject to ERS in the vendor master record.
The goods receipt must refer to a purchase order.
Goods-receipt-based Invoice Verification must be defined for the purchase order item.
A tax code must have been maintained in the purchase order item.
The order price of the materials may not be an estimated price.
If you flag a vendor as being subject to ERS, the system sets the ERS indicator as a default in each item when you create a purchase order for the vendor. You can prevent this happening for certain vendors by flagging the info record for the material and the vendor as not being subject to ERS.
In Purchasing, you can delete the default ERS indicator in a purchase order item.
Choose Logistics Invoice Verification ® Automatic Settlement ® Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS).
The selection screen appears.
You can use the following criteria to narrow down selection of the transactions to be settled:
Company code
Plant
Goods receipt posting date
Goods receipt document
Fiscal year of the goods receipt
Vendor
Purchase order and order item
You can define the selection criteria for the invoice documents by:
Delivery
Purchase order
Purchase order item
Goods receipt document
Credit memo

Choose Execute.
The system issues a log for Evaluated Receipt Settlement, which displays the following:

Hi everyone, I have a question I would like to address to the forum.
How do I record an audio source outside of Logic while in Logic? For example, I would like to record the audio off a youtube video or dvd to be then used in Logic. I am using a Dididesign M-Box Mini for both my audio input and audio output i.e. all sound is coming in and out of the M-Box. I hope this is an easy question to answer (I am a new Mac user). Why is "live recording" showing under TV shows?

I just noticed that on my Apple TV, under TV Shows, there's a new listing, "Live Recording". It just showed up today; it was never there before. In my computer, there is no "Live Recording" under TV Shows. It appears that this is something Apple has thrown upon us without not even an explanation of what it is or what what it's supposed to do. Does anyone know what this is? Thank you.

You haven't got an EyeTv that's automatically added a recording to TV shows have you with a cryptic name?
It may be something new in itunes 8 but I've not upgraded yet.

How do I disable automatic updates?

I am going to have to use Firefox version 28 forever, exposing myself to many security risks in the process, because I do not like the drastic redesign of the interface in version 29 and Mozilla have not included an option to switch to the old interface.
Many support forum posts argue that bringing back the old interface is a 'simple' matter, but it is not. I have spent many hours on two PCs so far, fiddling with the recommended third-party add-ons (e.g. Classic Theme Restorer) in the attempt to get the browser looking the old way again. I can ascertain with confidence that it is NOT possible to get things looking exactly as they did before, and certainly not looking like the particular customized setup I had myself.
I have now re-installed version 28, and intend to continue using it indefinitely. However, automatic updates are still enabled, and Firefox has already tried to update itself to version 29 again. How can I disable automatic updates for good? I have tried some tricks like deleting the update files and then removing the update URL in about:config, but a new update was still downloaded somehow.

It is true that the Classic Theme Restorer add-on will NOT bring back all of your customized settings/appearance on Firefox 28, but it will help a little It's recommended that you stay on the latest version to receive the latest security fixes and bug patches but you're free to downgrade if you want.
You can set these prefs in <code>about:config</code> to disable automatic updating:<br>
app.update.auto - false<br>
app.update.enabled - false<br>
app.update.silent - false<br>

Well we use QM recording and the Cisco IP Communicator - if your are using the communicator save yourself a lot of time and headaches by ensuring your device name is in the SEPxxxxxx format - it has to be the MAC - no other format will work.
Secondly to enable recording your CAD users you will need to enable them through the "quality management administrator" application. You will need to link them and license them as well. You won't be able to do any recording unless they are licensed. The debug logs under C:\Program Files\Cisco\WFO_QM\log are helpful as well. Once you have everything configured properly don't expect to see anything under the "Recordings" tab right away but you may see recordings pop into "Archives" when you search for one of the users you are recording.
