How do I enable our human resources people to create new title?

Usually HR people ask us to create new title(Example: Architect).
We goto sysadministration > application:validations>Values query the title and create the new title.
Now HR people want to create the title instead requsting us to create for them.
How do I do that?
How do give them this function ?

You cannot get around Activation Lock without the oringinal owner disassociating the iPad from their account.

Tax code refers to a TAXINN /TAX INJ and it always at country level -where the business dealing happens and not dependent on any other factors like vendor or material, company code or plant. etc.
So after you have maintained a Tax code in FTXP in the category as input Tax( V) it would be appears in the Tab Invoice.
where you could manually select the same
For automatic determination as said in the top messages we can maintain an inforecord.

Copy and paste titles wasn't supposed to automatically create a new title since the last update ?

I thought that one of the updates during this year for premiere includes the smart idea of using titles the same way that FCP does, copy and paste creates a new title so when you change the content it will not affect the original title.
but I just did copy and paste and it still using the same title asset so when I change one it affect it other one.
please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.

How do you allow a user to create a new password?

The way i have it set up right now the users are registered by the admin and a random password is provided for them to log in. When they login they're instructed to create a new password.
They click to update their information. Included in this form is an "Old Password" field and a "New Password" field. They can choose if they want to create a new one or not. So I don't want to make it a requirement.
1 - How do I validate the old password.
2 - When they type the new password and submit the update info form. It inserts the new record over the old. But only after confirming that that old password is correct. How is this done?
Or should they just type in a new password with no validation that they know the old. ? Hm.

if the user choose a name where already exist, the error throws out, but it clears all the register fields (all the users entrys, and i have a few fields)
humm, that´s not cool -- however...
how can i prevent this?
In this case I suggest providing a separate "check username availabilty" procedure in a blank window
(or a popup window, if you prefer) which ...
a) on page 1 has a form with one "check_username" text field, and on...
b) page 2 queries the login table´s "username" column against the textfield´s value and returns "username available" when no matching records were found, respectively "username already allocated" in case of a match.
That´s something I´d do without using ADDT, means DW´s native database related functionality are absolutely sufficient for such simple stuff

How to display all authentication providers when creating a new user?

I have configured active Directory with weblogic 10.3.1. Users and groups display correctly under the users and groups tab. When creating a new user only the defaultauthenticator provider is displayed in the drop-down selection. How do I get my active directory authenticator to display here also for selection?

I'm confident that the Active Directory provider is read-only. You could write your own Authentication Provider for AD that supports create/update/delete functionality, but it is not included in the out of the box AD Authentication Provider to my knowledge.
I know both the Default Authenticator and the database authenticator are read/write.

For each BP role, you can control the field status in configuration under BP-Role Settings. Please check whether validity period is available for field configuration or not.

How can I add a birthday without creating a new contact?

Hiya,
I would like to add birthdays to my calendar for my friends children and my neices and nephews. However, I don't want to create a new contact for all of them. Can I add an entry into the birthdays calendar only? When I add an entry in iCal on my MacBook I can edit it to a specific calendar, but I have no option to add to the birthday calendar. If I really have to create a contact for these entries, can I select which contacts show up in my iPhone? Obviously I don't want a huge contacts list for babies and small children in my phone!
I tried Dates to iCal and it was good for anniversaries, but for other birthdays it wasnt as they appear as the parents name and then the entry (e.g. Jane: 2nd Sophies Birthday) which I find very annoying!

Also open the calendar app, tap on calendars bottom middle of the screen and make sure under other you have birthdays ticked in the calendars

TS4036 I had to create a new Apple ID because the previous ID was linked to my daughters phone. Apple ID setup was successful but now I need to know how to backup all my information and create a new iCloud ID because we're sharing storage space.

Had to create a new AppleId because the old one that I had was linked to my daughters IPhone account now that was successful I'm having trouble setting up a new iCloud account under my new apple ID due to it not transferring.

If you have both already been syncing data to the same account and now have merged data, you would have to set up a new account with your new ID, migrate a copy of the data to the new account, then eliminate your daughter's data from your account and vice versa.
To do this, on the phone that will be changing accounts go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The other phone will not be effected by this.) Next, set up the new iCloud account on this phone using the other Apple ID and turn iCloud syncing for for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to this new account. At this point you will have two different iCloud accounts, one for each phone, with identical data on them.
You will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the unwanted data (such as deleting your daughter's contacts from your account, and vice versa). These changes will be reflected on each phone. When finished you will have individual iCloud accounts with just your own data on them.

We have a PurchaseOrderHeaderView object and on click of Copy Purchase Order we want to copy a row in PURCHASE_ORDER_HEADER table to create a new row. We don't want to copy the primary key only the remaining fields.

If you use ADF BC, you can create a new row programatically via createRow and use a sequence to create the Id and use the "original" row (probably the current row in the view object) to copy the values from to newly created row. Then use insertRow and commit to create the copied row.

When I create an OC4J instance (using the manager) at virtual server 1 I got 28 global libraries
When I create an OC4J instance (using the manager) at virtual server 2 I got 30 global libraries, (+ apache.webservices & oracle.ifs.client )
Why this difference ?
And how to control it?
Note the default instance "Home" has 28 libraries on both servers!!
Why is it sometime possible possible to use <instance>applib for the jar, and sometime I need to create an <instance>\shared-lib\global.libraries\1.0 library ?
