I accidently spilled a bottle of water onto my keyboard on my laptop. About half the keys are not working. Is it going to cost more to repair a two year old macpro than it is worth?

Depending on how bad the damage is you can fix it yourself. I took mine apart and cleaned it out with and it works fine.
Use Isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush

My laptop died and when it restarted all the documents that were open with pages, except for an essay reopened upon start up. I need to find this essay immediately. I am willing to pay for an app or some other means as long as I'm guranteed it will work? I am not that into computers and technology so I did not have time machine active as I've only really heard about it since trying to locate the file.

Until you have saved a document at least once, it exists only in memory. When your computer died, your file disappeared.
Accept it as a learning experience and a reminder to save your documents immediately on opening them for the first time. That gives your Mac a name for the document and a location to save the file.

I have a MacBook that has a damaged keyboard and trackpad due to a milk spill. Does anyone happen to have an estimate on repairing that? I am able to use the device with my wireless keyboard and trackpad - but I was wondering how expensive it is to repair the damaged parts???

If its on the alloy casing, you DONT.
Live with the "beauty mark". As someone with a fair amount of metal polishing skills over 20 years...., I can tell you there is nothing more absurdly 'painful' than removing scratches from MATTE ALUMINUM.
Remove a scratch off metal? EASY
But.......then then have to blend the sanding out,...then you have to raise the finish and then LOWER IT to match the matte finish, which is absurdly HARD.
If you try to buff / sand etc. it out, youll make a small spot look like a giant eyesore.
Only options are:
A: pay for a replacement bottom plate or (i dont know where your scratch is) unibody (too expensive really)
B: live with the scratch
C: put a sticker over it

How long ago did this happen. If you powered the iPhone off immediately, then place it in a bag of uncooked rice for 5-7 days, then try it. If it works, then take the time to make a backup and be ready to replace the device. If it will not work after that, then it is not going to. Water and electronics don't mix. It is not a question of if it will fail, it is when. Apple has out of warranty replacements for this purpose.

You didn't mention which version of OS X your running but there are password reset utilities provided OS X: Changing or resetting an account password (Snow Leopard and earlier) - Apple Support or OS X: Changing or resetting an account password - Apple Support
Alternately you can use an external keyboard to log in and change the password. Make a backup if you don't have one, it's likely that your problems aren't over. If that water continues to migrate downward and fries the logic board your macbook will be toast.

I was using a dust remover when I noticed that some ice like substance started to come out. I was spraying the USB and Charging port in a high angle so I don't think anything went in the mac, also I saw most of it went on my sleeve. Just as a precaution, how will I know if it has water damage?

I wouldn't pay $199 to get the screen replaced. That doesnt justify the cost of the phone. A 4s can be bought for nearly the same price used and you still run the risk of breaking it again.
Go to a local repair shop in your area and they could do it for under $70 and do a professional job about it.
