Some menu entries in the main menu bar are hidden if you use the mouse and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu (Bug 626825).
You can see the difference if you use Alt+F to open the File menu or other menus like the Edit menu (Alt+E) and Bookmarks menu (Alt+B) and compare that to what you see if you use the mouse to open the menu after you have made the menu bar visible by tapping Alt or by pressing F10.
* "Bookmark All Tabs" (Shift+Ctrl+D) no longer shows in the Bookmarks menu unless you open the Bookmarks menu via the keyboard (Alt + B).
* "Bookmark All Tabs" can be accessed via the right-click context menu of a tab on the tab bar.

The older version of Firefox showed all the URLs open at the same time underneath the favourites toolbar. Annoyingly the new version only shows thje tab for the URL you are actually on. How can I replace the older feature

It is still possible to have multiple tabs open. By default these may now have moved higher up the screen. There is also the option to use what was the panorama feature now called tabs groups.
I am using an XP and firefox 4 and later. I still have multiple URLs in separate tabs lined up across the top of the screen, and can have teem above or below the bookmarks (favourites) toolbar. I am not sure what you are doing, maybe you are using tabgroups.

When I click the "Edit Keywords" button, I get a list of all keywords. I just added several hundred random keywords, and they are all visible, when I scroll the list in "Edit Keywords" view.
Have you the scroll bars hidden? You can enable the scroll bars in the System Preferences > General tab: enable "Show Scroll bars - always".

I feel like this is something simple but I cannot write a correct script to do it.
How would I write a script that just gets the urls of all tabs in safari?
then if one exists, it selects that tab to be opened.

Would It be easier that instead of telling safari to open that tab if it exists, to set the beginning part of my script that gets info from safari to get info from all tabs, for a specific tab only?
I don't understand your goals to be able to tell you what you want. Given what you've said in earlier posts it sounded like you wanted to see if a particular URL was present in any tab and if so activate it. That doesn't seem to be the case any more. You'll need to more clearly explain what you're trying to do in order to progress.
I purchased a book http://apress.com/book/view/1430223618 which I am going to use to better help me make applescripts as well as cocoa-applescript applications in xcode. Do you think this book will be able to help, or is there another I should look at?
That book, like most others, covers a lot of the theory behind AppleScript - the concepts behind AppleScripts/Apple Events, and things like handlers, process flow, etc.
It will not tell you how to do what you want, because what you want is something very specific - unique, even. What it might do is give you the fundamental building blocks to work out how to build your script to do what you want. For example, I've shown you some examples of how to find out what tabs are present, how to activate a tab, how to switch windows, etc. The book might do the same thing (albeit spread throughout several chapters). It's a matter of putting that together in a way that achieves your goal.

Why don't tabs that are open on my iPhone appear in Show All Tabs on my MacBook Air?

When I select Show All Tabs in Safari 8.0.3 on an early 2014 MacBook Air, I see the tabs that are open on my iPad but not those that are open on my iPhone 6. I recently updated the phone to iOS 8.2. All my devices are connected to my iCloud account and Safari is checked in my iCloud settings on the phone. So I don't understand why the phone's open tabs no longer appear in Show All Tabs on the MacBook Air. The iPad is an iPad 2 and it's still running iOS 8.1.3. Am I right in guessing there's a problem with the iOS 8.2 update?

Safari show all tabs doesn't work all the time

It is annoying: safari show all tabs doesn't work all the time. The little icon to the right of the "New Tab" area sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. The Shift Command Back-slash, sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. I find no rhyme nor reason for this. I have a MacBook Pro, Mountain Lion, the latest updates. It doesn't matter if I am in Full Screen or not.
I am quite confused regarding this.

Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type of copy paste the following:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, empty the cache more often from your keyboard.

One way to identify the broken links in your library is to create this set of playlists:
Lost & Found playlists
Create a playlist called Found, select everything in Music and drag it into the Found playlist. Create a smart playlist called Lost matching All the rules Playlist is Music and Playlist is not Found. Your lost tracks will be in this playlist.
Or use iTunes Folder Watch and enable its option to check for dead tracks on startup.

There isn't a "Bookmark All Tabs" in the Firefox 4.0.1 Bookmarks pull down menu. Has this feature been eliminated from Firefox 4.0.1? If I want to save 24 tabs in one window of Firefox and 14 tabs in another window of Firefox, do I have to save all the tabs individually? How can I set the options, preferences, etc. so that I can "Bookmark All Tabs" at once in a window of Firefox 4.0.1. I am running Firefox 4.0.1 on a desktop computer with Windows7 Professional OS with Firefox as my default browser.

If there are problems with importing the IE Favorites in Firefox then export the favorites in IE to an HTML file and import that file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.
If you do not have the menu bar in IE then right-click the toolbar at the top to enable the Menu Bar.

I can't get all tabs to appear in my current session. Only the current tab shows. When I click on the drop-down menu above the home icon, only the current tab displays.

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
