How have a second cloud subscription ?

I have 3 Mac, and I need Adobe Cloud on them (one on 2 Mac, the other on the 3rd).
Actually I have one Cloud subscription, and I've seen from forum that I need to open a new account and subscribe a new one (I cannot add a subscription on my account).
Because I'm a student, I've educational cloud edition.
Is it ok if I open a new account, with another mail, and buy a second educational cloud with the same name and same University ID ?
Thanks
Fabrizio

Hi Fabrizio,
Correct, only two computers can be activated for use at one time with an individual membership. You could go Help>Deactivate in order to reactivate on a third computer but would have to go through this process whenever switching computers. If you wanted to immediately jump between three computers it would require an additional membership being setup on a second email address.
You can add additional licenses/seats with a team membership but not an individual membership.

    Hi American,
I checked you account and I found that you just have 1 seat in your Creative Cloud account. You need to add a license from the top right corner on your Team admin page.
You can follow the article: Creative Cloud Help | Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership which will help you to add a license in your Team account.
Let us know if you face any troubles while doing that.

We cannot know. Even calling your post would be an exaggeration/ understatement, depending on how you want to see it. We need hard technical facts - operating system, computer specs, what is the exact error/ problem and so on.

  • Can I get a second Cloud subscription at $29?

Can I get a second Cloud subscription at $29? Or does it have to be at $49? I am an existing customer and qualified for the first subscription at $29.

    Unfortunately not.

  • My trial is about to expire despite the fact that I have a Creative Cloud subscription

Since installing the beta I get a message saying my trial is about to expire despite the fact that I have a Creative Cloud subscription. Also I have two Adobe IDs and despite trying to change the default it keeps switching back to the one that doesn't have the CC sub. Also in About Muse it says I am on v3.1 Build 8, is this correct?

Any help on this from Muse staff would be appreciated

  • How did my Creative Cloud subscription suddenly become a trial version?

I have had a Creative cloud subscription goig on one year. Now, when I open PS6 I am getting a message that I am in a trial version, inviting me to subscribe. Not only that, I get to subscribe for $20.00 a month more than my current subscription rate of $29.99. Please advise how I suddenly found myself in a trial version and why my rate is being increased

This is probably related to the issues here:

You'll probably need to log in to the CC app again - and again - and again!

  • Just installed cs5 on newe computer.  how do i get cloud subscription working again?

how do I get cloud working on a new computer after reinstalling CS5?

With Creative Cloud, you simply sign in either through the CC Desktop app or Photoshop CS6-CC 2014 using your Adobe ID password to activate your Cloud programs.
CS5 isn't part of the Cloud, it uses serial number activation, and you enter your serial number when asked. It should have nothing to do with your subscription.

  • URGENT!!! CS6 programs keep saying "trial expired" even though I have a Creative Cloud subscription.

    Hello,
My CS6 programs keep saying that the trial edition is expired, even though I payed for my Creative Cloud subscription.
I have a deadline tonight, and really REALLY need indesign to work!!!.
    Please help me!!
I already tried the License Recoverer. Did not work, not even after a reboot and pressing 0...
    Arteau / Kezumi

    I'm having the SAME PROBLEM!!!
I know for a FACT that it is NOT something on my system because it ONLY happens with InDesign… ALL of the rest of the software from Creative Cloud works PERFECTLY.
I signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud on October 31, 2012 and I checked… my monthly payment was successfully made on Dec. 30th, so it SHOULD be up to date and working.… yet when I try to launch InDesign, instead of opening, I get a window that says,
"Your Trial Has Expired… Become a member…, etc".
My only choices from the Application Manager at this point, are to select the "Join Now" button… (Even though I've already joined)… OR I can select the "License This Software" button… WHICH I've already done SEVERAL TIMES previously. But if I do select this button, it APPEARS to Activate my Subscription… AGAIN.
At this point, after I select the "Close" button from the "SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATED" window… I get ANOTHER window, saying that I have 0 days remaining to use the InDesign Trial software, giving me the option to BUY NOW, and there is also a button to "Start Trial" or another "License This Software" button…
If I select the "License This Software" button… it will once again APPEAR to Activate my Subscription… AGAIN. But then it once again gives me this same window again… starting the WHOLE process over and over and over again.
I tried running the update to InDesign, to see if this would resolve the problem… but it STILL gave me these SAME annoying windows over and over and over. I un-Installed InDesign and downloaded it again but it still does the SAME THING OVER AND OVER.
I've downloaded and used Photoshop, Illustrator, Muse, and Dreamweaver from Creative Cloud… some were downloaded BEFORE I downloaded InDesign and some were downloaded after I had the trouble with InDesign but NONE of the other software gives me this problem. It's ONLY with InDesign.
PLEASE HELP!!! I have a big job due and all of the work that I've already completed on this project was done with the so-called "Trial" version and I can't even open the file with my old version of InDesign. So I'm STUCK without it… It worked GREAT until this "TRIAL" period ran out… I subscribed  before I ever downloaded ANY of the Creative Cloud software, so I don't know why it was EVER consisdered a TRIAL to start with.
Thanks for any help you can give!
    ~Kim

  • Why do I have five Creative Cloud subscriptions on a single account?

Well, I know how it happened: we used to have five separate CS5.5 subscriptions / serial numbers, all of which were upgraded to Creative Cloud. It wasn't until much later that we learned we're supposed to have them each on separate accounts. (The account is sean at treefrog dot ca, by the way.)
Now I'm trying to split four of the subscriptions into other adobe.com accounts, but I was told by a chat support rep that subscriptions were not transferrable, and that I should cancel and re-subscribe using the other accounts. And the problem with that is, all five subscriptions are on the annual plan, and so cancelling four of them would not be cheap.
Any suggestions for this catch-22 situation?

Treefrog Inc., That is not suppose to happen at the first place, you can give us a ring on 1800-443-8158, and speak to our team of creative cloud, and we shall get the rest four cancelled withou any cancellation charges and then you can place all the subscription on different email ID each.

  • How to cancel Creative Cloud Subscription

The Adobe site is a labarnyth of links that give you part of the information and then you end up at http://helpx.adobe.com/uk/contact/?issue=myOptions_returncancelorder&subissue=myOptions_re turncancelorder_1
Where you wait for a chat button to appear, which never does, then you click the link "Don't see a chat button?" which takes to you page not found!
So why does Adobe not put a cancel subscription button o ones creative cloud account page?
And they want to take 50% of the subscription fee when you cancel, can that even be legal?
So anyone know of a simple way to cancel this subscription, I've had it for 90 days now.

If you wait the Chat option should become available. I have requested someone from Adobe to contact you so that you may cancel your subscription.
Thank you for pointing out the broken "Don't see a chat button" link, it will be fixed.
If you sign up for a one year contract you get a reduced montly price but there is a cancellation fee. This is made clear with requires annual commitment on the Plans page at https://creative.adobe.com/plans.

  • How to assign Creative Cloud subscriptions into groups for each department?

What's the most effective way to manage CC-for-Teams subscriptions in groups?
It would be great if we could manage subscriptions in folders.
    One folder per company department.
But at the moment I seem to have to manage all our subscriptions under a the Primary admin of our VPP purchasing agreement.
Is there a way to effectively separate departments on a CC-for-Teams plan?
    Thanks in advance

  • I have a Creative Cloud subscription. Why is reader asking me for a subscription to export pdf to word or JPEG? I thought I had the full version.

Why am I unable to export all of a sudden. I thought when I signed up for creative cloud I'd have full access with all of the programs installed.

I must correct this: Creative Cloud DOES include the Acrobat Pro app (http//helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html). Like all the other apps in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, more than 20 others), you simply ask Creative Cloud to install the app.
And this is the crucial point. Acrobat Pro is an app, entirely different from the Adobe Reader app. I believe the original poster is running Adobe Reader INSTEAD of Acrobat Pro. Adobe Reader is a different, free, app and for it, exporting is an add-on service. So make sure Acrobat Pro is installed and make sure you are using it. If you installed Adobe Reader as well and don't need it, then uninstall Adobe Reader to make life easier for yourself. You might then have to repair Acrobat Pro. (TIP: never uninstall Creative Cloud apps with the Windows control panel, but do uninstall Adobe Reader that way).

  • Do I have to have a creative cloud subscription and everything? Can't I just buy premiere pro, pay once and leave it at that?

All I want is really the program, I don't need the storage space and stuff. I just want to buy the program and be free to use it as I want.
Sorry if this question doesn't belong here
