How helpful is Online SAP training?

Is it better to go for classroom training or both online and classroom training hold equal importance.

Classroom training is way more informative, interactive and helpful if you are undergoing training at a beginner level.
If you have 1-2 yrs of experience in SAP either as a consultant or an end-user, then online training is not a bad option.
Take as many views before going in for any type of training.

I need the right plug in for my online tech training course--HELP!

I need the right plug in for my online tech training course--it requires Macropedia Flash Player 8 and Internet Exploder 8 (but worked with my Safari ver 5.06). I updated my iMac software and Acrobat application software and now it won't show the study material nor animations.... I have MacOSX ver 10.5.8, 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 1 GB 667 MHz and Acrobat X. How do I get back to what I had previously?!? PS: my Time Machine is not setup so that won't do the trick this time...

Hi Gurprit,
A null value is being passed at runtime. Make sure that you enter values when filling in the form.
Also check for the cardinality of the nodes being used. You can also initiliaze your value attributes as follows:
In wdDoInit() method:
wdContext.currentNodeAElement.setValueA("");

SAP Testing is all about test business process/functionality & outcome using manual/automation testing. For this I find knowledge of some Buniess Process/Functional Module must...but as you are alerady an ABAPer so must be aware of some of them. & Being ABAPer you will be better at White Box Testing. Do not take it as switching to testing & come back to ABAP dev or vice-versa; its just a matter of work responsibilities & your role in the organization. But yes...if you go for automation testing then must have knowledge of QTP or LoadRunner. Search more for term SAP TAO as well.

All mentioned options are possible to access SAP Business One, like:
Static IP address for SAP B1 server
Citrix (application or remote desktop)
VPN (you can even setup a simple PPTP, L2TP or OpenVPN). But please be aware that VPN is not recommended by SAP way of connection to ERP systems
There is the fourth nice alternative to avoid VPN and RDP in case you can't use both of them (because of, for instance, local network security settings that blocks you to setup a connection). You can setup HTML Clientless RDP connection at your main server of the remote network (it is even not necessary your SAP B1 server, you should do it on the main machine that has static IP):

In this case you will get the RDP connection to your client or server machine with SAP B1 from any kind of network and any kind of device with no additional client setup. It is even work from the mobile phone, but, of course, the screen it too small

there are lots of things you can do as an end user in TEM. You could create new events (not events types), book peoples, fix the date of the event, then create califications of the event (about the event or about the atendee). We are fully aware of this but this does not make it legal, I'm afraid. Using exam patterns and illegal material only undermines the quality of SAP certifications and diminishes the value for people who have honestly prepared for the exams and have fully earned it.
Additionally, learning exam patterns by heart completely misses the point of becoming certified, because you don't actually gain any new knowledge or go into depth.
I hope you understand this and I ask you politely to please stop sharing or asking for copyright materials.

But if for the particular filed any Value Table is assigned , then how to get those values in F4 of Adobe form? It can be done by binding to UI elemtn or Do I need to do any coding for getting this?
Actually I have gone through few links in SDN but Im not clear. Im not working on ISR. It is a normal BAPI and adobe form is designed based on that BAPI and form is ZCL type.

Search for online training institutes on the net. Each of these gives a demo. By attending the demo make a selection of the institute.
On Youtube too, there are lots of SD training videos. Check those.

Added: A good trainer will have the following:
1 - give business examples, to explain functionalities
e.g. intercompany sale process: the process from his experience, what are the key benefits to business etc.
IMP: Functional consultant is first about understanding the business process and second about configuration etc. in SAP
2 - patience
he should not be reluctant to answer your questions properly
he should sense how you are understanding the concepts, and take necessary actions
3 - mentor
what should be your next steps - how to prepare SD, how to prepare your resume, how to prepare for interviews etc. etc.

On what basis SAP is giving the set up for consultant Company for Ex.
I am recruiting few consultants and providing the services to some companies then what may be Cost ( Rate of charge ) overall to take license .
