How I can copy text from website or ms word to photoshop with its style?

How I can paste the multicolor text to photoshop? Let say that half of text is green and other half is blue

I see no default way to do that.
A work-around might be creating pdfs and placing those as Smart Objects.

    OK, so  I  have a layer that  has some text in it.  I would like to  be able to  simply copy that  text  from one layer  to  another, but this seems to  be impossible as the Edit Paste menu item is grayed out after I have copied it in to the clipboard.  I can paste it into  the SAME layer, but not into another layer.
    This is how I am trying to  do  this.
    In the layer  with the text, click on the "T" icon to  the left.
    Click on the text, in the layer that I  want to  copy. 
    I select the text (either  by  clicking and dragging or pressing Command-A).
    Next I press Command-C.
    Then I  click on the layer In the Layer Panel) where I want to  paste the text.
    Pressing Command-V is impossible because the Edit-Paste menu option is grayed out!!!!
    WHY??????
    Perhaps more importantly, HOW do I copy text  from one layer to  another?

    First thing you can simply right click on the Text Layer and choose Duplicate Layer.  But that will create a new Text Lay
    er identical to the one you have.
    To answer your question in your case....  Create the Text Layer.   Make a New Layer.  Or have the layer you want to paste into visible.
    Highlight the text layer in the Layer Palette and Ctrl+Click (Win) Cmd+Click(Mac) so that you see marching ants walking around your text.
    Edit>Copy.
    Then highlight your Layer you want to paste into and hit Edit>Paste or Cmd+V / Ctrl+V.

    PDF page content that is an image (and music notes may very well be that in a given PDF) then all that can be exported is the image.
    Only an image editor can "edit" such eh.
    As to textual content - once in TXT, RTF, DOC or DOCX yes, expect to have to do "cleanup"
    Of course there's the old school alternative that is always available.
    Paper copy beside you as you transcribe to a fresh word processing file.

    I have a public PDF with no Copying Restrictions. When I try to copy text from the PDF highlighted text to WORD I only get unreadable garbage.
    I can select the desired text and copy it into word but when I paste the text it is pasted like symbols and lines.
    I tried Special Paste and does not works. It says the font is a Gill Sans something (with numbers and so on), no really a font it seems but when i change it to Arial i still get symbols.
    Any help or ideas,

    I have this exact same problem.  It is very frustrating.  How is it not possible to "grab" onto the text in the pdf ??!!
    I am looking at it.  I can see it.  I can read it.
    I can highlight the individual letters and words with the mouse pointer. (So it's not just a "picture")
    With a pdf editor, I can even make the text bold, italic, or increase the font size.
    SO WHY CAN'T I COPY THE TEXT!   AAARGH!
    No, the file is not protected.
    Yes, I have tried saving as different formats.  (The "save as tiff file workaround" idea is  very time consuming and greatly degrades the quallity.)
    The font is shown as being: "Arial083.313"
    Something in the pdf program is recognizing the text, translating the 1's and 0's (that make up all computer files) into the letters that display on the screen that I can read and select with the mouse. So why can't that same "something" allow me to copy it?  So frustrating.
    Somebody please help.  If you can solve this problem you are awesome.

    That I can tell, it isn't possible to highlight & copy text visible in the Contact Pane or the pane above it, the one with all the address book entries. Am I missing a way to do this?
    It would sure make the use of the address book in Lightning a lot more convenient & quicker to use if one could do so. Please note I did not say edit. Instead, one is required to go through all the same steps as if editing. That is, open Properties & select the appropriate tab, then highlight & copy said information, instead of just being able to quickly copy the desired text.
    It's only two more clicks, & the finding of the text, which can be cumbersome in some of the small field windows, especially for notes, but when doing this often, it sure becomes a pain. Notes in particular becomes a mini database for that address entry, whether it be your personal record for product information for something purchased (which could be extensive if many of the parts of something like a specific computer were noted), to sharing contact information with others.
    A third use is when having to retrieve security information that is impossible to remember, such as your BTC account(s). By keeping it in the address book on an at-home computer, adds a bit more security, yet you can still easily access it.

    Just to repeat, I should be able to select ALL on a webpage in Safari and copy, then select Word and paste, right?
    I am able to do this with Word X which is actually 10.1.6. I do not know why it should fail with the next version. I just did it again using a "busy" web site. In fact I accidently pushed Command-V twice so everything got pasted twice.
    However, the fact that it is also failing for you on another machine as well as with another user account indicates that the current version of Safari does not get along with the current version of Word. If nothing else, you can create a text clipping and drag that into Word or use another browser when you want to copy things into Word.
    EDIT: After copying a complex web page twice into Word, Word frooze up with the spinning beach ball and the Doc said it was not responding, so I had to eventually force quit it.

    but it doesn't work. "Select" doesn't actually seem to select anything. However, when I run this from within Script Editor, in the Results Window I get:

    ... I'm confused as to what this is telling me. All I want is to copy this value to the clipboard. Any suggestions???

    Peter hello - I have been copying and pasting for as long as I can remember and it has NEVER done this before - so why now!? Anyway, Jerry has told me about Paste and Match Style --- yet another new thing! 
    I have also discovered that I don''t need to hold down Option when I go to Save to get Save As -  I can hold down 4 keys (shift, option, command and S) and it will bring up Save As!!
