How I can enable "turn the page" with two fingers

my problem is I want to enable the option to "turn the page with two fingers" to serve everywhere (Google Chrome, Finder, etc) but the problem is notserved with two fingers, serves only the option to turn pages if I put three fingers
Help!
All this happens in my macbook with OS X Lion

I had already tried that, but does not work, just when I put "three fingers" work everywhere, but when I put "two fingers" does not work in any place

I have been using the kindle app to load books on my ipad. For the past two days I cannot access those books. I might get one page to show then the screen will freeze and I can't turn the page. Does anybody know what is going on. Help!

Start by doing a reset ,you will not lose any data
hold home /sleep button until Apple logo appears ignore off slider
first try closing Kindle App on iPad

Usually the HP Printer software/driver folder in the Start Menu has the option to switch to wireless from usb.

I can't turn the pages in my digital additions books, what can I do?

the page numbers change the actual page DOES NOT CHANGE.
I downloaded the books, no problem.
I can open any book, no problem.
When try to turn the pages to read the book (including the digital editions manual) the page won't change.
The sliding bar on the side moves, the page numbers change, but the actual pages won't change.

Ok, I will share my usable solution in case others run into this issue.
I downloaded the 1.72 version and it works great. 3 & 4 had the same darn issues.
Adobe Digital Editions Download is where I downloaded it form.

After EFI firmware update the scrolling with two fingers doesn't work inside the browsers (both safari and chrome)

I've got a new MacBook Pro Retina from october 2013 13" (8 gb Ram and 256 gb SSD).
I had the "freezing" issue that was solved with the firmware EDI update.
But after this update i have now another problem: often during web browsing the scroll with 2 fingers up and down the page stops working (but the trackpad is ok for everything else and if i go in other programs the scroll works as usual). The only solution is to restart the browser but the problem happens again and again.
Both on Chrome and Safari. Especially on Safari everything freeze if i try to scroll on the right to go back to the previous page.
Does anybody else have this issue?

Why can I no longer swipe with two fingers to go back a page in Google Chrome?

This issue started after upgrading to Mavericks. In Chrome I used to be able to do a two-finger swipe from right to left to go back a page (in lieu of clicking the back button). I can no longer do this. Instead it sometimes locks my scroll, so my trackpad stops functioning in chrome entirely and I can only scroll with the arrow keys. This goes away upon restart, but I end up triggering it again inadvertently because I am so used to swiping to go back that I just end up locking it up all the time.
This is extremely frustrating, so if anyone has a good explanation or a fix I would greatly appreciate it!

The YouTube app is not included in iOS 6 (I think because the licensing agreement with google ended). You will either need to try one of the YouTube apps from the store (there is an iPhone optimised app from google, and other people have said that they are working on an iPad version), or (if this isn't the version that you have tried) try accessing the mobile version via Safari : http://m.youtube.com (you can create a home screen shortcut for the site)

Some gestures have been removed in Firefox 4.
You can restore the zoom feature by changing the values of the related prefs on the about:config page.

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.

For some reason, my compression option is grayed out under "File" menu, and when I select a folder with multiple files, or multiple documents, and try to right-click or tap the mousepad with two fingers, I do not get a "compress" option available. Help.

Yes it is, but I have the same problem of the option does not appear with "right click" (I'm actually control-clicking), and COMPRESS is grayed out under the file menu. I'd like to fix it.
Hmm. After finding the Archive Utility,* I tried archiving the folder. It came out as .cpgz, ugh. Found there was a preference to make .zip the default. It worked!
And now…the menus are not grayed out. ?!?! OK.'

Turning the page on an iMac

I'm finally getting around to the whole digital book craze. I installed Adobe Digital Editions on my iMac so I can read books digitally checked out from my local library. The problem I have is the fact that you really can't "turn the page". The arrows are greyed out, and I have to "scroll" to do it, which is a major pain because you can't automatically go to the next page. Any thoughts/solutions/suggestions are greatly appreciated. I had a larger drive installed in my iMac DV SE by an authorized Apple service provider.
The Apple: Find Service: Search Page will help you find an an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider in your area when you are in Boston.
You could also consider buying an external Firewire drive for your computer.

Firefox 4 does not support zoom-in/out with two fingers on Windows 7 with a multi-touch scrren, IE8 does.

I have a HP 2740p notebook with multi-touch support. With IE8, I can zoom-in/out the web page with two fingers, but I can not with Firefox 4. It seems that FF4 only support basic touch (scroll with finger)

Some prefs have been reset to empty values.
You can check and change these prefs on the about:config page
