How I can repair my trial photoshop elements 12 installation?

I've seen installation problems, but I do not think my case has already been reported .
I had installed the trial version of photoshop elements and premiere elements 12 .
I had no problems updating to 12.1 photoshop elements.
premiere elements has been updated , but photoshop does not do : it stops after downloading the file , and then talk about empty folder.
I uninstalled everything and installed again : I installed premiere elements , but not photoshop elements.
During installation, at some point appears
Adobe photoshop elements 12
Could not open key
UNKNOWN \ Components \ 15B53DA27A7638845BFE96BF88852035 \ F157B777409C7DB4D8FF189FA7C3B05C .
Make sure you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 - Installation
I tried again , but nothing changes .
I did a registry cleaner by removing the keys from Adobe. Nothing to do .
Now I can not even install the Adobe download assistant ( I thought maybe the evening corrupt copy ) .
What can you do ?

I have identified in the windows registry key shown in the error message.
But you can not delete nor change the permissions to delete it.

    If you mean "How do you upgrade to Photoshop Elements 13 from an earlier version" then you need to buy the new version. There is an upgrade option but if you shop around then you can sometimes buy the full product cheaper. They are both the same product once you have installed them.
    If you install Photoshop Elements 13 on the same system as your old version the you can convert your existing catalog to the new format.
    Note that Photoshop Elements 13 will not work on older operating systems. The 30 day trial version can be downloaded from here

    If you are asking about updating the camera raw in your current version then we need to know which version you want to update. Normally, you can go to the Help menu and select Updates.
    Note that each version has a limit on the version of camera raw that it can use - again we need to know which version you currently have.

    Sorry, not possible in PSE itself. You'd need to put your photo into the web creation software you use. If you are using an older version of PSE some versions created web albums/galleries which included an index.html page, but that's as much as PSE does. There's nothing like that in PSE 12 since Adobe wants you to use Revel for photo sharing now.

    that's no longer available for download.  in addition, it's unlikely it would work on your mavericks os.

    One way could be to reinstall it on the third computer and then deactivate it and uninstall it.

    Thanks for response.  I purchase Photoshop Elements 10 from App store, the first install is ok-in English, but my computer reset for some problem, so I installed it again.     The language is tied to the serial number.  Did you purchase the software directly from Adobe?

    Gordonr18571658 I am sorry I don't have any additional suggestions for how to install Photoshop Elements 1.0 besides installing in compatibility mode for Windows XP.
    As an alternative you can find details regarding Photoshop Elements 13 at Picture editor, edit pictures | Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.  Photoshop Elements 13 has been designed to install and function under Windows 8.1.  There is a 30 day trial if you wish to evaluate the software and complete any current photo editing projects you may be facing.
