When im want to make a purchase,i can't ascess to make the purchase.they give a message PLEASE CONTANC iTunes SUPPORT FOR COMPLETE THIS TRANSACTION

This alert is often the result of an issue with verifying your billing.
Quit iTunes.
Open iTunes.
Test the issue.
If it persists, sign in to store.apple.com using your iTunes account
Click on Change account information
Modify or remove your credit card information.
Click Continue.

Is there a way to transfer music not purchased from the iTunes store from my ipod to my imac? Also, is it possible to move photos from ipod to imac? My computer was stolen so lost it all...have learned the lesson of backing up the hard way!

The message may indicate that your account is missing some details. Maybe your credit card security code? Did you check the details in your account?

I am unable to make any purchases from iTunes store. All I get is
I have been trying now for over a day. I have logged out from my account. Restarted iMac and done most other things I can think of.

I'm apple user. some one has hacked my user ID profile & has changed my security questions. Also hacker has give rescue email , which is absolutely unknown to me.Resultantly i can't make any purchase from apple. How apple can help me.
Thanks in anticipation.You will need to contact Support in your country to get the security questions reset (these are user-to-user forums) : Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security (if your account's password has been changed then they should also be able to reset that for you)
When they've been reset you can then use the steps on this page to change the rescue email address to an account that you have access to, for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses -

Can't make any purchase from the AppStore even if it is free ,It always tells me error has occurred. This happens since I upgraded to Mavericks,, Could you please helpLaunch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting. -

No. Only apps purchased from the App Store can be re downloaded for free including updates. -

Sorry, but movies cannot be downloaded more than once without charge, so if you don't have a viable backup, you may be out of luck. You can, however, contact the iTunes Store, explain the situation, and see if they can make an exception for you.

I want to import songs frm my Ipod to my itunes library. Songs were ripped from CDs to the ipod not purchased from itunes store...how can this be done?
You would have to let itunes rip the songs from the cd's, or you would have to copy the music from the computer which ripped cd's.
iTunes does not support transferring music from the ipod unless it was purchased from the store.
