Regardless, it is not a matter of carrier locking. Verizon iPhone 5 phones were never GSM sim-locked to begin with. Every iPhone Verizon has sold since the introduction of the iPhone 5 has been sold with an unlocked GSM slot, as required in the USA by their agreement with the FCC. They have not been allowed to sell any iPhone 5, iPhone 5c nor iPhone 5s devices with GSM carrier locking in place.
Your connection problems are from some other cause - it is NOT a carrier locking issue. -

Have your friend the provided the phone contact them. Based on your statements I am concluding he was or still is an AT&T customer, that is one of the requirements of getting the device unlocked. -

Apple does not unlock iPhones. This is and always has been controlled by the cellular provider. Contact them to determine their unlocking policy and if you qualify.

But it is blocked on the operator sprint.
At connection it to the computer, he asks to enter from me billing zipcode and the last 4 digits of ssn.
To me the zipcode as is known, that who bought it in America sent me it in a box which received from apple store.
The person which Nethaniel Teigman zipcode specified bought him in America upon purchase 75252 (it is specified on a box).
But this person refuses to provide me the last 4 digits of ssn.

Could you not restore the device to an earlier version?
No, you cannot downgrade your iOS device.
That may mean jailbreaking, I'm not sure.
Jailbreaking is not supported by Apple or this forum.
Or what about replacing the motherboard?
There are no user serviceable parts on an iPhone.
