I have subscribe apple store in Brazil, because I used to live there . Nowadays I live in FRANCE.
So I would like to know What I have to do in order to change my appla store.
Because as I have subscribe a Brazilian store and now I can not buy or download some app because my e-mail is linked with a Brazilian store.
To purchase from the French App Store you must have a French residence billing address and a French bank supported Credit card. No doubt you have a French e-mail address.
You will be able to use your Brazilian purchased apps wherever you are but you cannot update them from the French account.

What do you mean 'change my apple store' ?
You can only use the store for the country that you are in (and you need to have a billing address in that country on your account). If your iPad thinks that you are in a different country then try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on it and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select your country.

Tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad and tap 'view apple id' on the popup and log in, and at the top of your account's popup page tap on your id and you should be able to change the primary email address on it.
